Totally. The writing of scenes in Gul's shows makes the actors show stealers. And not to forget the direction. Actors in her shows get more than half of the episode to cry and make an impact. Ofcourse some of them have excelled. But compared to that Vishal gets under 3 minutes to enact Baldev's heartbreaks. His brilliance takes the scene to a different level👏

Not to forget, they have perfect bgms which compels you to feel sorry for the character even if the acting is sub par😆 Looking at your siggy, i wish they just played Banjaara in that first scene where Baldev is flinching seeing Veera in pain..Atleast the lyrics go with the scene😆

Who says to show romance nd love one need to show cozy nd chipkooness... One look of Baldev was enough to show how much he really loves a girl.
Vishal is amazing actor.

U correctly said RR, Baldev's love is pure and innocent. He desperately wants to get back at Veera but in all this not even for a second he thought bad of her. When gazed her sleeping that was pure love and affection.
I have seen many shows and mostly hero looks at his girl which mostly seems as lust. I hope CVs keep VeeBa LS innocent & pure.

Ek Villain's tracks are so soulful Banjara would have suited yesterday's situation so well. Even Galiyaan and Zaroorat should be played for Baldev
BGMs make a huge difference when it comes to falling in love with a hero/couple. This is the first show wherein the hero doesn't have any slow BGM of his own😳 That would have added to the scene. Infact every emotional Baldev scene needs a solid BGM. His normal BGM is the best of all background scores of this show. It definitely enhances his hero image😆 But they need to come up with a sad version.

Both Barun and Sanaya were exceptional in that scene. The angst in that scene and the anguish in ASR's eyes? The desperation in his voice! OMG... That was just too good. If they can do a scene half as good as that with Baldev and Veera... Vishal will NAIL it!!

Your right about Gul. The falling in love is amazing. The angst phase is amazing. Be it ARSHI or ASYA. The redemption? Forget it. I believe currently the track in QH is SAHIL's angst and soon it will be love. I think this is the phase to watch the show. After that god only knows!!

But yes... We can live in hope that this show will produce scenes half as good as the romantic scenes and the angst scenes of IPK and QH. If they do, with Vishal at the helm of those scenes, they could never go wrong. They will be worth their weight in gold!!

Haha..The issue with Gul is that she shows cringe worthy cheesy romance and slapstick comedy once the couple fall in love😆 All your expectations gone down the drain..Esp. the kinda shit she showed in QH😆 She does nail angst though..I have forever wanted that kinda intensity in the Veera-Baldev track..

Thank you:) Exactly..You don need physical proximity to show love or passion..His eyes honestly convey a million words..And like i mentioned earlier, he looks at her in the most innocent, non-lusty way possible 😆

The angst and falling in love are the best parts of a Gul Khan show. Another heartbreaking scene from IPK for me was when ASR gifts Khushi the lehenga she was wearing. The dialogues and the direction of the scene was mind blowing. The writers of this show cannot comeup with scenes half as brilliant as that. I stopped watching IPK after the kidnapping track coz Arhi started romancing😆 The romance in Gul Khan shows looks kinda stretched. Same happened with Maan and Geet. I used to be an irregular viewer of that show.

Banjaara is magic..The lyrics break your heart for some reason..There is just something so poignant about the song..These ppl ruin half the scenes with that silly comedy wala bgm..A good background score makes a huge difference to a scene..So much so that it can actually compensate for lackluster acting 😆 If you cant compose good songs, atleast use appropriate film songs which can accentuate the scene instead of using silly bgms😆 I liked their song yesterday though..Not so bad😆

The 'sapnon ki duniya' scene right? Yeah, that scene was really good..There were a couple of really good scenes in QH too..Esp. after there is a misunderstanding and the couple separate..Unfortunately, Gul was on crack and effed up to such an extent that the show became unrecognizable at one point..Its like she gets you emotionally invested and then pushes you off the cliff😆
