Veera was more concerned about Baldev loosing in elections then Ranvi winning...she just wanted to see him loose and make fun of him😳..she just wanted to win the bet and put him down by any means...she was not concerned about Ranvi winning or Ratan all she cared about was Baldev's loss..she wanted to see him in pain and his defeat..but why😕..what has he done to her that she wanted to defeat him so bad...this attitude didn't come after Ranvi's attack or their bet..she wanted him to loose badly before..she spied on him made Ranvi file his nomination worked like hell only to put him down when practically he was her friend then😕..if she was bothered that he won't be a good surpunch she could have explianed him and made him see the right path..he listened to her then but no..she wanted to put him down at any cost👎🏼...but why?? what has he done ?
was giving her a shoulder to cry when she was hurt a mistake or runnning to the airport like crazy or supporting her always and even becoming a bride for her was his mistake

Veera didn't prove herself a good sister daughter or a loyal citizen of the village during this...she only proved a perfect cuning enemy any1 can ever fear off🤢

I think the problem here is that whatever her personal connection with Baldev, Veera has always viewed him as irresponsible. Therefore she didn't think he was the right guy to be sarpanch. She used her "inside connection" to him to thwart some of his plans during the election. But I don't think it was about revenge or about making him look bad. She GENUINELY didn't think he was the right man for the job. The way that he was always pushing people around and throwing his weight around, didn't make her think he can handle the power of being sarpanch in a FAIR way. She knew her brother could, coz Ranvi is a very level headed guy. So she wanted him to win.

But after the attack, I think she really did want him to lose, but more than then, when Baldev got Ranvi disqualified, she was determined to make him lose at any cost.

This is open war now. Baldev wants his pound of flesh and Veera already got hers!

I feel it has become her habit to oppose him even if he wants to do something good. Since childhood Veera has witnessed the mean Baldev, so she is unable to let go of this concept of hers that Baldev is always wrong. She only supports him when he is acting according to her wish like in Ranvi remarriage drama. That is the reason their love story is impossible at this present juncture. She first has to let go of her misconceptions, learn to trust him. I don't know how that will happen. She had witnessed his soft side and herself admitted that he is good at heart. But still her ego didn't let her think that Baldev can do anything good. It has become her habit to find fault in everything he does. I agree during this track she was not concerned whether Ranvi or Ratan wins it, but her only aim was Baldev should not win the elections as she feels that he does not deserve it. I felt her attitude was very childish. She could have guided him in the right path if she really considered him her friend. So Veera has a long way to go in understanding him. Only when she understands him, or at least understands that he is not the rough guy he projects will she ever develop a soft corner for him. In fact both of them are similar in this context. Both of them always act as if there is a game of challenge going on between them. Like challenging Baldev to complete three tasks to be eligible to marry her, challenge that she can never fall in love with him even if she spends time with him, challenge that she will never watch a movie with him. Till now the challenges and their consequences were harmless but now since this election challenge was a very serious one as Baldev's dreams were at stake and also since he had been deceived in love, the consequences will surely effect both their lives. Baldev's treading the wrong path is a just one of them. She has to realize that her taunts are not going the help the scenario and also that her foolish plan of getting rid of him has far worse consequences than she can even imagine. Actually that is the equation that they had shared since childhood, so it will take some very huge thing for Veera to rise up from this attitude and understand what matters to him most just like he understands her. Though I am able to understand Baldev's pain and the way he is reacting and even his evilness, Veera's actions are not justified from my end. Maybe that is because I love Baldev more than I love Veeba.😊

It became a matter of life and death because of the interest and effort Baldev put in to not let Ranvi win. Veera doesn't understand the importance the elections hold in Baldev's life. She doesn't know the first thing about him and thinks of him to be a useless, immature, irresponsible brat while he knows her innermost secrets and wishes.

Veera and Baldev have a history of trying to one up the other, its come to a point now where they don't even realize when they are going too far. This especially holds true for Veera who believes she knows him better than he knows himself but she doesn't, she only knows one side of him and his upcoming actions will do nothing to change that thought. Baldev on the other hand knows Veera inside and out, he knows what makes her tick, he knows what she longs for and he knows what is important in her life. The contrast between the two is interesting and I look forward to the day where Veera gets a better understanding of who Baldev is as a whole instead of this one dimensional version she has seen for years. There is more to him, its just a matter of bringing it to the forefront and giving him the right guidance.
