Positives:

- Good heart

- Genuinely cares for his pind

- He has the passion and drive

Negatives

- Overconfidence! He is so convinced that he will win that he is not taking these elections as seriously as he should, he thinks it will be a breeze but it is not that easy. Baldev is going about this the wrong way which is why people think he is not mature enough to handle such a position.
