Why Baldev should become Sarpanch?

No one will vote for Sunny Singh so Chaiji should be the sarpanch 😎

Seriously speaking, Baldev is too over confident at this point of time.. He has to lose the elections else he will never realise his mistakes.. I want to learn from his mistakes.. He needs to think maturely and calmly..
If during the course of the track he rectifies his shortcomings then he will become an awesome sarpanch because he has the passion and he isnt an emotional fool!!

But looks like he will lose.. But koi na.. His journey will start from the end of this track.. 😎

Even though I said in another post that neither Ballu nor Ranvi deserve to be Sarpanch currently...I do think that if Ballu develops his awesomeness then he would be able to give anyone a run for their money...

Why? Well let me list the ways:

1. His confidence is legendary!
2. He is a man of his word
3. He listens to others opinions...takes what makes sense to him and discards what doesnt...and ultimately does what he thinks is right...so far Baggi have been sucky advisers and he is blinded by his feelings for Veera to really hear what she's saying
4. He cares about his pindh and the people in it
5. He is loud...his voice carries LOL...it has some weight...when the sher roars we all hear it😆
6. His kurtas are super fly...in todays day and age a leaders gotta have the swag...this maybe genetic cuz have you seen Tia ji and Ti ji?! Swagger up to here!!!
6. He doesn't mind pulling up his sleeves to get work that needs doing done...or he can get others to do it
7. He' s a hottie...and he has charisma...and the brains that not many give him credit for...

But what he lacks outweighs all of the above and then some...he needs to become more responsible and man up in every sense of the word.

You take your time honey...watching you try and fail...and fight is sooo much fun.

Looking on the positives, baldev's intensity, focus and AYM personality will help him as sarpanch. He will be able to get things done for the pind. Also be cares about his people and will do anything for them. 😳

But sometimes Ballus anger and hotheadedness can get in the way of making the right decisions. He needs to use his anger the right way to get things done in order to be a good sarpanch.

IMO Baldev has the passion for the job.I believe you can only deliver your best when you are passionate about your job, and for Baldev this is his dream job. So we can be rest assured that he can channelize this passion for the betterment of the Pind. We have seen in many instances that he loves his Pind very much and will fight everyone who tries to harm the people of the Pind. In the solar panel incident itself, when most of the people had doubted that he was behind the fiasco, he had saved them from Surjeet's men in the end. He is not afraid of anyone. Even if that means going against the one from whom he may benefit in the future.He is hotheaded, he gets manipulated but he gets manipulated by only the ones he loves the most. In the Gunjan engagement case, he was not totally convinced by Surjeet Singh, it was only after Bansuri had reminded him that it is Gunjun's dream to go away from the Pind and backing off would break her dreams, did he agree to go ahead with the engagement.Considering the fact that no one has ever tried to teach him how to be a responsible person but kept on taunting that he is a 'nalayak, bewaakoof' , he is a bit disillusioned about his responsibilities. What he needs, is a little guidance( not from Baggi or Bansuri) but someone sensible to better himself and make himself more productive. So I feel he should become a Sarpanch mainly because of the following reasons:
