i so much want that frndly bond between veera-gunjan.not only in childhood but even when veera came back in vlg gunjan was so imp for her.bich mai jo bhi hua there too i misd her pain of losing one imp person of her life, which pain was even shown even in gunjan's heart n with the mending of ranjan bond i wanted mending of veera-gunjan bond.
it piss me of seeing then behaving so formally with each other.

I get where you're coming from, but one of the reasons I enjoy this serial is 'cos of the complex relationships between these two sets of siblings - Ranveera and Gundev. It's fascinating to see how they're all connected, how their dynamics change etc., be it Ranvi-Veera, Gunjan-Baldev, Ranvi-Gunjan, Veera-Baldev, Ranvi-Baldev or Veera-Gunjan!

So though it doesn't seem like Veera and Gunjan are as close as they used to be, I'm sure they'll keep ebbing and flowing away and toward each other depending on the storyline, just like the rest of the characters.
(Such things are what daily soaps are made of, and what keeps them interesting!)

😊

And yup, I too felt the lori-scene was OTT...but mostly 'cos it's happening so soon after the acceptance. I'd be happy to see such changes occur more gradually...as everyone gets more used to the new status quo.

I enjoyed the episode.
U have said everything so I won't repeat the things.
I have many times joked abt RanVeera hug but me too had this thought that Ranvi is more than a brother for Veera and veera is not just a baby sister to him but Shez his child.
If you look at it from mother - baby's relation aspect... Then its beautiful nd beyond any description. Veera can't see her Anokhi Maa suffering alone so she went and hug him ... Thats all she cud at that time. Like if a baby sees his / her mom crying alone then all he / she cud do is cry with her and get cuddled in her arms.
Veera did the same.

But for audience to get this deep meaning, cvs needs to work hard on RanVeera. I have done Masti on this topic few days back but that was for fun as I love gossips 😳

Thank you. 😊

Ha, I've seen those posts you're talking about.
(Why do you think I added the 'Just my POV' disclaimer? 😃).

But it's cool. To each their own. 😊

I just wanted to put my views out there, 'cos I honestly can't see them as anything other than what they're portrayed as onscreen, and what they portray of themselves off-screen!

But yes, they could have focused a bit more on Ratan's feelings...her guilt and eventual acceptance, considering what a big deal it has been for so many years. I can totally imagine Ratan's reaction being to freak out and run to her room like you said, but in my head...she runs into the room and bursts into tears out of guilt (like people have been saying, choti Veera has been through a lot trough no fault of hers)...and Veera, Chaiji and Ranvi probably coming to talk to her, and Ratan eventually apologizing and coming to terms with stuff and giving Veera a hug.

😊

You got my point (@bold). I did wanted them to focused lil bit more on her emotions. But it's ok, it's just a show, not a big deal. I like watching this show. I can't wait to see what will happen next!

Though I did like yesterday's episode, I was disappointed that the most important track of the show- the main concept of the show- has been wrapped up in one episode. Everything looked forced hence. It seemed like Ratan has accepted Veera out of a return for the favor she did to Ranvi. I would had loved it even more if Ratan had self contemplated on her behaviour towards Veera since her childhood. It would had been even more impactful if this acceptance thing came gradually. Here we see Ratan singing a lullaby for Veera all of sudden when just a day ago she was not very comfortable hugging her.

Regarding Gunjan, honestly I feel no remorse for her. She might have fallen for Ranvi but she is yet to be redeemed. She never apologised for any wrong deed she did in the past. Hence her redemption hasn't even started. Honestly, I'm not even interested.

Btw HBD, lovely analysis! 👍🏼

Great post!

I loved the scenes where Ratan and Ranvi found out the truth, Veera's words stung Ratan where it hurts and I loved every minute of it because it made Ratan realize just how much this girl has endured yet still had the utmost respect for her. The FB just made the scene all the more impactful. I am so happy that Ratan has finally accepted that Veera was never at fault and didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Couldn't agree more about Di and Shivin both on and off screen. Ranvi is so much more than just Veera's brother, he is her anokhi maa and filled the void of not one but two parents so naturally their bond will not be shown as the typical bhai-behen one, it is different which is what the CVs have shown from the beginning.

I don't know what prompted CVs to reveal the truth so early on but for me I am happy because I expected Ratan's acceptance to come when the show would come to a close, since that is normally the case in other shows but thankfully not here. I am intrigued what the CVs are upto, they really are filled with twists and turns sometimes good and at others a disaster. We shall see.

As for Gunjan she will find out why Ranvi ended up eating with Veera and not her and that's when she will consider herself lucky that Ranvi does not know she revealed the truth.

I'm actually OK with Ratan accepting Veera so readily, 'cos thankfully there was enough groundwork laid for this to make sense ever since Veera decided not to go abroad. That is, it didn't feel sudden. Plus, over the last few episodes, we've seen Ratan verbally expressing that credit for Ranvi and Gunjan's remarriage goes to Veera, and her seeing Veera in this light probably helped 'cos maybe one of the main reasons for Ratan holding a grudge against Veera for so long, was 'cos she resented how much Ranvi has sacrificed his future and happiness for Veera. Am I making sense?

But yes, they could have focused a bit more on Ratan's feelings...her guilt and eventual acceptance, considering what a big deal it has been for so many years. i found ratan accepting veera very sudden.. i thought it would be gradual.. like people have mentioned here, ratan thinking about it etc etc.
But i loved ranvi's reaction. the shock, the surprise & the concern was evident in his actions. loved that part..
I am still not able to accept veera's voice she sounds very shrill sometimes sometimes its ok.. Also younger veera was not so overly sensitive like veera is. she never used to cry so much. i find the grown up veera changed wrt that matter.
