Veera explores the strong bond between a brother and sister. Call it a coincidence, but both Shivin and Digangana don't have siblings in real life and Veera has filled the vacuum. Says 16-year-old Digangana, "I am an only child and I have found the brother I never had in Shivin. The equation seems to have transcended to real life."
Adds Shivin, "We have a lot of fun together. It may be hard to believe, but we recently got hurt the same day, on the same leg and that too, at the same spot."
About the changes in the upcoming track, he says, "Only faces have changed; the equation remains the same. It will only grow stronger over time. I am a brother, mother and father to Veera, and nothing can be purer than motherly love. And like my character, in real life too I'm shy and emotional." Adds Digangana, "Veera is going to become sharper and more mature. I relate to her as I am honest and clear like her. Veera is within me."
Are they nervous to take the show forward, considering that the child artistes were immensely popular? "Not at all. We just hope people accept us," they say.
