Out of fear, Veera cried and when she cried, the unbearable sight broke her Veer, Ranvi! He ran downstairs, taking solace the room, where Sampooran's portrait adorns the wall... a room he goes to in an attempt to communicate to his father... to share his joy and his sorrow! But then he sat with his back towards the picture. Probably slowly coming to terms with reality, that his papaji's presence in the room was no more than the hung picture, which was a moment trapped in time, but the truth! He was not going to provide him the support he so desperately sought. Poor kid hid his face in his knees and cried his eyes out, no one to even notice the heartache he was going through.

And then came Nihal and i really really liked him here. Ranvi threw his arms around him and let his grief flow. His insecurities, his fears, he bared it in front of a man he knew cared for his sister. And the solace Nihal offered by making Ranvi realize what scared Veera the most, preparing Ranvi to be strong to stand by his sister. At the end of the scene, the Ranvi's distaste towards this man was washed away.

And here it was that I felt angry with Sampooran all over again! A growing child needs his father to protect him and to guide him. Hold his hand through the turbulent times till he can be stable on his own. The first hero of any son. First time ever it was like that I felt that tug... the scene that reminded me that Ranvi after all was a kid... he acted strong, but the child inside him longed for a father's love... needed him for guidance, comfort and security that Sampooran's one thoughtless act ripped it off him, inflicting a wound on his childhood that will be difficult to cure.

Wonderful post Jaan !!!

Proper guidance is needed for sure when a child grows. Here it was Nihaal for Ranvi. I felt that Ranvi is finding a comfort with him that his father should have given. I noticed it in another occassion too. It's when Ranvi panicked abt the program. Nihaal teaches him the dialogues. It's the first place where I saw Ranvi was badly in need of guidance. Veera had an instant connection with Nihaal but now Ranvi is also liking him.

Sonia, you said all that I wanted to in much a much nicer way ofcourse😳...I was lazy to make a post last night after the epi but I was really touched by the way Nihal handled Ranvi...

It is indeed of great importance for a child that age to be guided,to channelize their feelings in the right direction and to calm their fears with the right kind kind of encouragement...Ranvi has been on his own right from a tender age and has truly taken the responsilibilty that Sampooran had left behind...He hasn't had anyone to seek help and that longing for Sampooran is gradually wearing off...unintentionally, Ranvi is losing faith in his dad and his absenc is disappointing him...

I loved Nihal in the episode yesterday as he spoke just like a father, and made Ranvi see the right and wrong of situations in a very tactful manner...For the first time, I felt his worth and am looking forward to his scenes with the kids...

Thank you ji ☺️

Nihal is somehow soothing Ranvi and giving him that slight push... its also the assurance that someone is walking behind ur back too😊 I had forgotten abt the drama... but yes even then Nihal was the one to stand by his side. And the connecting link is Veera!

I m glad that atleast the kid has someone by his side for once to help him and sort out his thoughts

Yes! As the time is moving, he seems to be accepting. He hopes for Sampooran to come back but the faith is dwindling. Sampooran's cowardliness have after all costed Ranvi his childhood. He was forced to assume the responsibilities when he was supposed to be living carelessly.

Nihal was for the first time casted in some progressive light rather than being the mute spectator🤔... His character is intriguing now.

Yup! One finding peace in her Veerji's arms while other keeping himself strong. The way Nihal explained him of Veera's fears and her turmoil was commendable.
