It was not I but the writer who claimed it was a privilege to be creating a show for his favorite actor. The said actor does have a huge following on bird land and outside too! And the fans do support her vigorously everywhere...! It is hence a fact that creatives would think twice before messing with her character big time!

This is all I said. Which part of this is an attack on either the actor or her following? Does speaking the truth amount to attacking on this forum?

When I made a post in praise of the actor, which she absolutely and genuinely deserved, it was liked all around. The minute I make a post praising another actor or questioning why his character is being butchered, I get bashed mercilessly!

P. S - Let me reiterate...I deleted what I said, which I have anyway quoted above, only because I did not want Sim or her post to be attacked...since that is anyway happening, why should I care anymore?

I stand corrected on that then...! I have not seen too many shows...of any of these actors with a huge following...I made my statement based on the tweet of the writer...and what has been going on with re to this show...where the ML has been consistently shown as the one making errors of judgment in track after track..and of course the relative popularity ratings of the leads!

I have not watched Rang Rasiya...but the female lead was killed, she was effectively martyred..you can't quite call that butchering...this is not to take away from your point,...just reacting to the example...that is all!
