1st set of viewers are the main 1z which are TRP aunties... story, characters and plots are set and shown to mainly please them as they are the 1z that will cash in the TRPs for the channel and PH... the channel & ph don't care how SENSELESS OR PLOTLESS a track is or which character (s) wil get butchered in the process as long as it cashes in TRPs they don't CARE...

and TRP aunties mostly prefer the kitchen politics, plus aunties either like 2 see the FM lead cry all the time or be the saver, (the one that will always stand by her husband and fight, face all the difficult phases and be the perfect DIL AND IN THE END EMERGE AS THE WINNER)... (these tracks are always TRP gainers) so PH and CHANNEL will pick this route only as its always a safe bet...

AND THEN THEIRS THE 2nd SET OF VIEWERS/AUDIENCE

The crazy fans of either the ML OR FM, which mostly are youngsters... and according to me the channel and ph USE the crazy fans only for their benefit so they can become popular and out shine other channel and shows/serials... youngsters mostly prefer watching love stories, light hearted stories with a plot and some drama, but this type don't cash in on the TRPs :-(

channel and ph will only use fans to their benefit (e.g... trending, voting awards fans promoting their faves through social media which automatically promotes the channel and ph (show)...

like for example the latest ... lately trough social media (twitter) some fans have been tweeting and requesting for romantic scenes between the leads, to which they got a response from one of the writers of the show, in which she replyed that their would be some romance shown in fridays epi but today that was changed to monday, it seems like they are forcing a romantic squence in to keep fans from bashing them on social media because social media can make or break an image for the channel and ph... (romance is not their main priority it's trp drama)

so the bottom line is no matter how much we scream or shout channel and ph will only go by the TRP aunties track which mostly brings in senseless and character butchering tracks/plots...

What about the audience who wants to watch a decent story, I know we can't expect the best of characters ya tracks with the TRP system prevailing but I don't fit in any of the two categories. I am a person who wants to watch decent characterizations of both the male and female leads and obviously I want to watch the love story, didn't they promise a love story that has never been witnessed by history before! if it's not true then why promote it this way?!!, but before the love story for me characters should be interesting for me to relate to them, warna how can the love story be epic if characters are inconsistent. While Gayatri's character haven't undergo butchering maybe unless the daasi drama ya preventing Sula from leaving and after she explained it to Ranaji that she didn't care about that as Sula is afterall a stranger he is the one who should take a decision (I still didn't like these incidents as I don't like characters to be demeaned) but the core is that she is still the strong, determined, impulsive girl who loves unconditionally and whose world revolves around her Ranaji, On the other hand Ranaji's character is being butchered especially as of late!!

For me it was about the journey of the raja and the rani as individuals, how they grow, learn, evolve separately and how all this impacts their relationship as a couple as well.

If I can't accept the side characters to be butchered, I find it hard to accept any of the leads characters to be butchered.

But yes maybe it's asking much I guess! Anyways they are getting the TRPs they wanted, let's see how long I can watch it

they will promote a show in away that will catch eyeballs but not follow the tagline they promised audience... what we expected from this show it didn't turn out to be that, CVs did try it out in the earlier episodes which we enjoyed but the TRPs aunties didn't, n know the tracks n plots they are dishing out know the TRP aunties r loving n we are hating, but because its cashing in TRPs the channel n ph r ganna drag it as long as they possibly can...

p.s i gotta say i enoyed the BRM vs gayatri track:-))

In the initial promos they did say that it will not be easy for the prem kahaani because of all the raaz mahal and its conspiracies. Forgot the exact words/

But none of us could imagine how complicated the situations would be.
