I think the CV's are keeping us guessing on this point to keep audiences. If we think its like the previous show. But it could be also that he is a King already in a neighbouring state that wants to expand his kingdom, by challenging Ameerkot's king he will have two regions. The articles are saying he is king of Ajmer and his habit is when he sees something he wants that thing, spoilt brat and he has the strength, power, and money to have anything he wants. But scope is there to have illegitimate son track also.
