He called her out numerous times while he sucked the venom from her foot. , she was at the verge of losing , and he didn't know why he felt as if his life is staining from his body ...
He didn't have any answer when she asked him " does it matter if she lives or die " .. he was yet to answer her questions ...
One thing was sure , her life does matter to him , she has to live and he wont let her leave him ... even if he cant give her a separate place in his heart neither the status of his wife , still he don't want to lose her .. he just don't want another person to leave him hanging on the cliff ,fighting with his own feelings .. and that was the reason he brought her to dargah when doctors said they cant save her as the poison already spread in her whole body .. before he sucked whole of it ..
Sitting at dargah , a divine and peaceful place,there was an internal battle which he was fighting with himself ... today he was not praying to die and meet his dead wife in heaven but he was praying for his rani .. " rani ??" .. yes !! he was yet to accept her as his wife .. but his heart accepted her as his rani "
A day before she was a cunning player for him and today he is sitting in dargah , begging Almighty to return her life back , so that he could breathe too .. today not a king but a helpless man was begging the life of the girl who was in his arms lifeless ..
Its been hours , he was sitting there keeping her head on his lap ..fighting with God ... cupping her face one second and praying once again .. he was having a silent fight with God .. today he wont loose .. he will bring her back to life ...
" rani .. rani ... " .. he called her yet again ..hopping that she would listen to him this time and will respond .. ... she groggily opened her eyes on being called by him .. his heart felt at peace when she called him
" rana g ?? " ...
" thank God rani gayatri devi .. u opened ur eyes ... y u didn't tell me that u r bitten by snake ?? u were at the verge of death rani ... " .. he informed her with hurt expressions
" why should I tell u ?? who r u to me ? .. go away leave me alone .. the Queen of Amerkot could better take care of herself , rana indravadan " .. she just broke him further with words ... He felt even more helpless and weak ...
" please ... "
" answer my questions or leave me alone .. u just have two options rana g "
Closing his eyes to control himself, he just tried to find out some solution . .. but he cant leave her alone when she needs him ... she just came back to her senses and is very weak .. but he don't have answers to her questions too ...
" don't act like a child rani gayatri , u r queen of state and it do not suit a queen to act like this "
" yes I m a child ... A stubborn child .. u understand that ? now leave me alone .. "
She tried to get up , but she had no strength left ...

He tried to pick her up ,when she pushed him away ...
" don't touch me rana g ... its just the right of my husband and I wont let a king snatch it "
" ok then a king is ordering u to come to palace with him "
" the Queen wants some time alone .. "
" king wont leave the queen in this state .. u understand ??? ... With that he picked her up and started going towards the vehicle ...
" put me down ... u don't have the right to touch me ... u r the king not my husband " .. she wriggled making him stumble and he she fell on the ground , when he was unable to catch her on time ...
" ouch ... "
He got worried once again , and his face reflected the pain he felt on seeing her in this state . .
" are u all right rani ??? please don't close ur eyes ... "
She blinked and looked at him .. his eyes were teary ... for a second she couldn't understand what she saw in them ..
" is it a king or husband , who has tears in his eyes ??" ..she asked looking right in his eyes ..
He didn't like the question at all ... she was asking him again and again ..
" tell me rana g "... she took his hand off from her arm which he was holding ...
" y don't u understand ?? y cant u stop questioning me rani gayatri ??"
" I have the right to ask rana g .. u married me ..played with my dreams .. ... u don't want to accept me as ur wife ..then y ?? y u brought me to dargah ... y u want me to live ?? y I see u hurt when I m hurt ??"
" I brought u here coz I don't want u to die and leave me like sona did .. "
He revealed ...
" I thought u r different rani gayatri .. I thought u would understand me .. but no u wont ..u r like others " ..
He was .. breaking down with each word he was telling her
" u just see ur pain ..ur dreams ... have u ever thought about mine ?? "
" what about me rani gayatri ? u claim to love me then tell me , if I die right now .. would u just forget me and marry someone else to lead a happy life in few days ?? "
" u cant leave me ever ..never ever " ... she shouted..
" just like that I cant remove all my feelings within a day and start loving u ...start considering u my wife ,when I promised sona that she would be the first and last girl in my life ."
" how painful is it for me when u ask for ur rights ? . how painful is it when everything reminds me of her how painful is it when I have to call u my wife , while I promised her that she will be the only one ... I m not stone rani .. I have a heart , but what can I do if it doesn't beat for u ?? .. "
He was right , all along she kept thinking about her pain .. how he treated her , how he misbehaved but not once she thought about him .. whats in his heart ..why he is behaving like this to her ... he was hurt too and she could understand the inner battle he was fighting ..
" what about my pain .. my promises ..my dreams rani gayatri ? ? I will answer all ur questions just tell me , what can I do to remove all those memories which don't let me move forward ? should I kill my inner self to give u what u want ?? should I kill all those emotions , which r the reason m breathing today ?? .."

He broke down completely ... but she promised herself today that she wont force him ever into everything .. and there will surely be one day, when he will be able to move forward ...
For now all she did was to hug him and let him spill all his pain out ., and he broke down completely , sobbing like a small child , after many years he shared his pain with someone , making him weak
..
Was it the beginning of new relationship that he gave words to all those insecurities and let the Queen know that the king wants her to feel his pain too ??
