This was the most talked and popular story for the generation of 30s and 40s. They had languages like Ardhamaghdhi and Sanskrit in their syllabus where there is a gr8 probability that this story was included. In fact, this novel used to get discussed a lot in high class peoples' meetings, royal sabhas etc.

I m r talking about novel a romantic one whether written in sanskrit or hindi...

Novel are not mandatry to be prefer beside it is a romantic series you read when u have ibterest he doesn't have this is whatis shown...

still we are not sure na? We are just assuming it will be part of his syllabus. I think it's a love story and that too with intimate scenes inculded, may be only literature students used to read it through not sure, and apart from that it's just a fiction show.. We can easily ignore this small logics right?
