@Darling Yes TRUE THAT...there was an amazing hype and Madhubala definately brought the youth quotient to Colors which it still lives on

For ETR2, Im expecting between 1.5-2...Indian TRP audience is fickle and you really never know!

Yeah, at that time we were very happy to see such trps, but now I am surprised and shocked it got such high trps seeing that no other show after it has broken that record yet. Especially SC and JA when they were so promoted especially SC, not really sure if JA was promoted as big but JA initial episodes are amazing like the MB first grand episode. So I am surprised that even JA couldn't break that high opening trps, and especially considering the leads in MB hadn't even meet in the first week and even the male lead had not entered the show. Only DD had entered from the leads, yet such high trps. I agree, I don't think colors had any such grand love story or youth show before. It brought lots of youth audience for them.

Yes, trp audience is really fickle One can never know. I don't mind if ETR2 gets high trps later after a month or so, but I just don't want CVS/Channel to bring stupid changes in ETR2 for trps sake and ruin the show unless it's some really really good change somewhere in the show which is very unlikely the way any usual CVS or channel try to bring change in a show for trps. So want high trps in the beginning too.

i am hoping for good trps because of the fact that this show is well promoted...the actors are high in demand...the era itself pull audience even if it is only for curiously ...every where ETR2 has got good reviews...
