TOI: Sharda finally decides to educate herself

The saas-bahu show 'Ekk Nayi Pehchaan' traces the loving relationship between Sharda (Poonam Dhillon) and her bahu Sakshi (Krystle D'Souza). The current track will now focus on how Poonam will take the first step in educating herself. We will also see Sakshi learn to manage the house.

Sharda who plays a typical homemaker gets a chance to transform her life in the show, finally. Sakshi has watched her mother-in-law being ridiculed for being semi-literate and been deeply upset because of it. She motivates Sharda to stop being scared and join a class. In a bold step, Sakshi gets permission from the entire family and enrolls Sharda's name in an English coaching class. Realizing the fact that Sharda is uncomfortable in a mixed classroom, Sakshi gets Sharda enrolled in an all-women coaching class.
