Three days Raghav was still in the hospital. Kalpi was alright, but she had to stay until her injuries were healed. Annoyed, by the noise outside, she cover her ears. Seriously, ever since the incident paparrazi won't leave the hospital.
They were extremely loud today, she thought. She recalled what happened and wonder how she was able to get out. She snap out of it when the door opens " kalpi your awake"
" pakiya"
The rest of the gang came in. Kalpi smile seeing them. Pakiya sits next to her " I'm glad your injuries wasn't serious, but what we're you thinking Kalpi. You could have died"
Kalpi look at her hand " I know, an I'm sorry, but Raghav was my responsibility I couldn't let him die "
Pakiya sigh " I know, but it was to dangerous "
Kalpi looks at him " hhow did we get out that fire Pakiya, did you guys save us."
" no, apparently they found you guys laying at the back of the house"
Kalpi was now confused. She was sure she fainted seeing the fire. So how...unless she thought eyes widened she urgently asks Pakiya if Raghav was OK, Pakiya nods. He says Raghav is doing alright. His back was injured from the fire, but his not in a life crisis.
Even though that east what she wanted to hear, she sigh with relief. She got of the bed an excuse herself. She wanted to see him, if what she's thinking is correct, than Raghav is back. She ran to the front desk an ask for the room he was in, the nurses show her.
Kalpi heart was racing, she couldn't help but smile. Raghav, his finally back. I'm so happy, she thought. when she arrived , she saw him through the window. He was still sleeping. Kalpi frown, she was hoping he was up and doing something.
Seeing him still on that bed, in the same position made her hope shattered. She quickly hide when she heard gauri and camera shots.
" gauri over here"
" mam...mam"
" mam...you said was son was dead, was that a lie?"
" now that his back, will he take over the business "
" why did you lie about your son, was it for the company."
Gauri walks in the hospital to avoid cameras. The body guard blocks the camera crews and close the door. She sigh with relief before heading to Raghav room. On her way, she recalled what happened.
Flashback
She was doing her presentation, when she got a phone call. " one second" she tells the clients. She stepped out an answers her phone. She heard a panicked Paki. " Paki...calm down, what happened " she says
" Raghav his gone, I came home from shopping and I saw the maid dragging him off. She had him dresses in a wedding attire "
" what!"
" yes, I think she's planning on getting married with him."
" Paki I'm on my way, try an stop them for me"
" yes mam"
5hours later
Gauri is seen at the hospital looking for her son. She saw Paki and the rest of her family. Her husband looked upset while Sammy frown. " how is he"
" we don't know, I tried stopping her, but she threatened to burn the room an die with Raghav" she cried.
Gauri angry says " it's alright, you tried your best. "
Her husband angry asks to speak to her.
End of flashback
" that nurse ruined everything, wait till I get my hands on her."
She stops when she saw one of her guards. " I hope you an your mans are ready, tonight. No one should see you guys"
" yes mam, we will handle everything "
Kalpi hiding, wonder what they we're talking about. She quickly turn when her name was being called.
Later that night, Kalpi woke up feeling restless. She wonder why she feels like something is wrong. She stop her thinking when she heard a van and noises.
" what's going on?" She says
Leaving the room, Kalpi heard a voice. She walk to the source and saw them entering Raghav room. Kalpi at that moment, recalled Gauri words earlier. She gasp when she realize what was happening.
" I have to help him, but how"
Decided she wait until the last man enter, before going to the door. She was happy the door was cracked open. So she can easily sneak in while they are busy. She saw two man in a mask, and they we're debating how they will hold him.
She search in her pocket and found small balls of gum from earlier. She quietly puts it on the floor, luckily she had a lot thanks to the crew. She grab her slipper for as a weapon and close the door, preventing any lights from going in.
The two man, look around and asks each other if they closed the door. They both said no. They took out a flashlight, but before they could light it. Kalpi made her move. She attacked on of the guys and they grab her.
Kalpi manage to kick one of the guy causing him to let go. She jab the other in the stomach and hit him with the flashlight that dropped. The guy fell unconscious, the other guy while trying to come to her slip on the gum and fell on his back.
Kalpi out of breath puts the light on and search for something to tie them up. She grab some sheets in the closet and ripped them to make a rope. When done she smile at her work " when morning arrives, the police will handle it"
Kalpi turn to leave, but stopped when a hand grab her and pull her back. Kalpi surprise by the strong grip, look at the owner to see his eyes open and watching her with anger an confusion.
" you, are you the one that's trying to kill me? " he says
Kalpi tried moving, but Raghav won't let her. She stare at his facial figure, but stop when she saw the sindoor on his forehead. Eyes widen, she once again tried to leave, but Raghav wouldn't let her. He had a strong grip for someone who was in a comma for many years.
She turn to him, and look in his eyes. She wasn't embarrassed by the fact that she was really close to his face. She just had to ask " by any chance, do you remember me?"
Raghav grip soften, he tried recalling ever seeing her, but nothing. " no, now answer mine. Are you the one trying to kill me" he says
Kalpi body froze, Raghav no kept repeating in her head. Her heart shattered into pieces, she back away and almost fell on the floor. This is not right, she thought it's not fair.
She recall their time together and realize all of that was for nothing. She left his room, and walk back to her room. Her head was spinning, everything that led up to what happened now, came back. She suddenly fell on the floor unconscious, letting a tear drop from her eyes.
