Kalpi woke up, rubbed her eyes. She opened her eyes, a smile appear on her face. Her phone beeped, she swipe up the lock screen. "Oh fish...!!" She mumbled while reading the message, she slapped her cheek lightly and took her jacket which was beside quilt, left hurriedly.
Sammy's Room
At 8.00am his alarm buzzed. He tap the key of alarm clock and it switched off. His eyes flickered by the strong sun rays which were falling on him disturbing his sleep. Last night's blunder and his sister sudden arrival flashed in front of his eyes, which made him grouchy. He come out of bed, stretched his arms and legs. He went to restroom and come after good 20 minutes, wore his 3 pieces and combed his hairs. He took his bag and was going down, he was passing by kalpana's room. He thought to check her once, when he entered her room. Kalpana wasn't there, her quilt and pillows were in messy state. It made him loss his temper. He searched her in whole house but still no sign of her. "She is nothing but a tension."
"Where the hell she went" said sammy while pressing his fingers on his temple. Seeing Sammy's state, raghav and gauri stopped doing their breakfast come near sammy to know reason behind his tensed state. He told them kalpi is missing, he searched whole house but still no sign of her. ,"JENNY!! JENNY!! You saw kalpi anywhere or you saw her going anywhere?" Sammy asked her, who is one of the maid in singhania mansion. She refused. All were tensed and were shouting her name. That's when she come murmuring.

She moved her both shoulders forward rhythmically on the tunes of song so do her legs. She was twirling around herself. She was so busy in herself that she didn't felt anyone's presence in the lobby. All this a while a pleasant grin was adoring her face. Raghav covered his eyes in his Palm, he mumbled "Here we are worried for her and she is singing and giggling."
Sammy couldn't take it anymore and barked her at her dangerously,"Where was she all this a while? For God sake use you brain, before going anywhere you could at least inform one of us." He held her upper arms tightly.
"I went for the jogging bhai now leave me, its hurting me." She cried.
"Why I leave you? We were here worried for you but you come home giggling, jumping and singing song as if everything is normal." He told her
"Oh you was worried. Really!!"
"Gauri aunty pinch me, Am I dreaming? Bhai was actually worried for me." Kalpi asked her in fake shock state. "Ummhhh worried, for your kind information Sammy Raidaza. Kalpana Raidaza had Been living in hostel for long 7 years. Circumstances made her strong enough to pass all odd obstacle alone." she was feeling guilty for her words but today she couldn't restrain her anger. His hold on her shoulders loosened. She was about to hug him, gauri unknowingly interrupted "kalpi beta, you told you went for jogging but why are you wearing slippers. For jogging shoes are preferred."
"Aunty, uummmhh Actually I-I-I forget , yes I forget my shoes in shimla and I had to go for jogging somehow you know na, its important for an actor to maintain themselves. So I went for jogging wearing slippers." She told her in somewhat confused state. "I will buy new pair of shoes today, you don't worry aunty. Okay bye aunty"
Kalpi room
"Calm down kalpi!! Calm down!!" She told to herself. "Control your anger kalpi, comtrol kar." She took deep breathe In and out. When finally she was normal. She went to take shower, come back wearing sleeveless pink top and blue jeans.
At evening
Raghav come home tired and annoyed as he took interview of collage candidates. They were foolish who lack basic knowledge which pissed him to the core.
All he wanted was black coffee, his energy booster. He ordered jenny to send coffee in room fast, he was taking slow steps to his room. He didn't noticed water on floor therefore he fell prostrate on his tummy. Seeing the whole scene all servants, gauri nd kalpi laughed on him. Kalpi was rofling very badly. She balanced herself and extend her hand to him. He stare at her for a brief 1 minute. He crushed her under his breathe as she is still trying hard to control her laughter. He took her hand and pulled her down causing her to fall flat on floor where he is lying. He got up and extent his hand to her and she took it. He smirked over his victory and pulled her up. Kalpi stood beside him, her small hand were still in his palm. She stumped her foot on his foot and went to her room angrily.
At Dinning table
All were doing dinner silently kalpi joined them. Gauri smiled seeing her. During the short time span both become good friends, she started liking kalpi. She admire her that how she manage situations and let go of bitter moments which threat her peace of mind. When kalpi come home after her shoot, they spent quality time together. "Kalpana how was your day?" Gauri asked her
"Aunty, it was marvellous. You know my co-star is so funny. Me and he enjoyed a lot while shooting. You should meet him for sure, you will enjoy his accompany too." Kalpi started blabbering about her day and her newly made friend. It irritate Sammy and Raghav to the core whereas Gauri and Mr. Mehta were enjoying it. Gauri tried to pick pickle which is besides kalpi's plate, it was far from her reach therefore kalpi passed her pickle bottle. Gauri smiled ,"So Kalpana..."
"Aunty call me kalpi, Kalpana not suits my image. It feels like aunty types" Gauri chuckled.
"Ok, so kalpi tell me something about you. I mean since you are gonna live here its better we get know each other, right? gauri said glaring at raghav and sammy who weren't showing any interst in any converstaion with kalpi.
"I don't know what you exactly you want to know about me but i tell you according to my knowledge. My name is Kalpana Raizada. I'm 22 years old, my birth place is Shimla, I live there with my nani and bua. I love to see dreams. My favourite color is blue, my favourite novel is pride and prejudice, my favourite movie Dilwale dulhania le jayenge and I love SRK. She smiled and her phone buzzed, she excused herself and went to take the call. All were in having there dinner when door bell rung.
"What the hell! How could you send him here? I narrated you everything earlier na." She told to speaker. She was shivering inside and went running to door. She stood rooted to her path when she saw a boy asking about her to Sammy and Raghav beside him.
"Sir Kalpana ma'am forget her pouch in hospital. I come here to return it to her and thank her for saving my baba life." the boy told the reason of his arrival.
Kalpi come running and dash into Raghav., "oops so sorry angry bird" Kalpi told Raghav and he ignored her like always. She took her pouch from boy's hand.
"It's my duty Vineet, if there was someone else at my place he/she would have done same which I did. So don't be obliged to me. Your baba will get well soon don't be worry and now concentrate on your studies. Okay " she put hand on his shoulder, squeezed it gently and gave him assuring smile everything will get well soon.
"Doctor sharma wanted to talk to you about baba ca..." Kalpi stopped him, "vineet I told you people don't be obliged. It's my duty. I will come talk to him tomorrow. Now you go to your baba, he would be alone. He need you."
Bye vineet, bbyeee.
He went and she took sigh of relief. She showed her 32 teeth to all. "Kalpi what was all this. Whatever happened few seconds it went all over my head. Will you please speak-up what was all that." Sammy demand an explanation from her. Kalpi was silent for few seconds and gulped her saliva then she said "Ummmhhh I went to jogging bhai, during my way I found a middle aged man fainted in garden. No, No, yes nobody was helping him to take him to hospital sooo I took him to hospitals and completed all paper work so that doctors start treating him. ummhhh that's doctor sharma and that boy wanted to thank me." she smiled widely at them. All were satisfied with explanation. "Okay bye everyone see you all tomorrow. Bye , good night,sweet dreams. Question and Answer round we will continue tomorrow bhai, I need a good sound sleep right now bye." she wished them all good night and ran to her room hurriedly.
