Chapter 17

After two weeks Raghav came back to Mumbai as he was very frustrated and wanted to be away from all these. Seeing Ragahv at office, Sammy said, "Thanks Raghav you are here or I was about to call you to come back." Raghav asked, "Is everything alright Sammy?" Sammy asked him back, "Ragahv, did you read today's newspaper?" Ragahv answered, "No," and asked him back, "Why? Is there anything interesting?"

Sammy: "There is news."

Ragahv: "Regarding?"

Sammy: "Regarding advocate KJ's next movement."

Hearing Sammy Ragahv didn't show any interest and continued working on the laptop.

Sammy: Don't you want to know who her client is now?

Looking at Sammy, Ragahv said strictly, "Please don't drag me into any of her matter," Saying so Raghav started working again. His fingers stopped working on the keaboard, when he heard,

Sammy: Kalpana Jadav.

Seeing Ragahv looking at him confused, "Yes advocate KJ's new client is Kalpana Jadav. She is fighting for Kalpana to get justice for her. Before Sammy could say further, Ragahv left from there.

Ragahv reached KJ's office, but she was not there. Her secretary said that KJ just left to meet someone in the police station.

In the police station

"Hope you are comfortable and please feel at home as you will be here for a long time here inside the jail," Hearing this the man standing inside the lockup, facing his back at KJ, turned his head and was shocked seeing the woman standing in front of him. Extending her hand, KJ said, "Hi! I am advocate KJ." Vikram relieved. For a moment he thought she was Kalpana. How she can be as my people killed her and threw her in the jungle, Vikram said in his mind.

Vikram: So you are KJ. I heard a lot about you but never got a chance to see you physically.

KJ: Yes, now you will get to see me every day either physically or in your dreams and you will beg me near my feet, not to see my face anymore as I am going to put your life in hell.

Vikram: I heard that you never lose any of your cases, because of your honesty and perfection in your career. So do I? In my entire life, I never did any of my work leaving any proof. Advocate KJ, you have to lose this time. You actually don't know me very well.

KJ: Mr. Singhania, you are wrong. I know you very well. You know what, my first target was you, then I pity on you thinking that let him enjoy his life style for a while for the last time as he need to be here for long time, maybe forever.

Looking at a thief in another cell, KJ said, "He came from a poor family and by profession he is a thief. You came from a rich family and by profession you are a business tycoon. Now tell me what is the difference in between you and that thief? You are staying in the same place as he does. You are eating the same food as he eats.

KJ walked toward Vikram and said strictly, "If I need to I am willing to put my life in danger just for this case and I will make sure you get the greatest amount of punishment."

Hearing her Vikram laughed loudly and said, "Go to the jungle and bring Kalpana's left over bones if you get some, as a proof for this case, as my people already threw her there for animals.

One person was listening to their conversation from a little far clenching his fist.

KJ kept silent for a while then,

KJ: How could I forget that you already planned to kill her? How Could I forget that you left her alone with two men in a quiet place in the jungle? How could I forget that those men forced themselves on her before killing her? How could I forget that she kept running in the dark jungle the whole night, to save herself from your people thinking that if she got caught then she would have to lose everything? How could I forget that how much she went through?

Hearing her Vikram was shocked.

Vikram: Kalpana is dead. My people already killed her then how do you know all this?

Avoiding his question KJ continued, "What was her fault? She was poor and she didn't suit your so called' society that's it? Iske liye itna bada saja?"

Vikram: You didn't answer me. How do you know all these? You are KJ right?

Looking at his eyes directly KJ said, "Yes I am KJ. KJ urf Kalpana Jadav." Tears rolled down as she remembered that night. The person, who was listening to them from far, closed his eyes, letting tears flow.

"I will see you in the court," saying so KJ was about to leave but stopped seeing the person standing there. Both of them were looking at each other with water in their eyes. They were silent and were just staring at each other. They could feel pain for each other. This exactly showed that how much they love each other. This showed that their love doesn't need words to understand. After a while KJ turned to the opposite direction and left from there leaving the person and Vikram behind alone. Seeing the person in front of him looking at him with hate, anger, disgust, Vikaram lowered his eyes as he couldn't see the hate in his son's eyes for him. "How could you? How could you do that? I have never realized that you will stoop this low to separate us. You not only hurt her, but hurt me too. You committed a big crime to kill two innocent souls. Now I will help my wife in every possible way to get you the highest punishment Mr. Singhania." Giving Vikram a promissory eye, Ragahv left from there.

After coming from the police station, Kalpana directly went to her room and Closing the door of her room, she dropped herself on the bed and cried her heart out. On the other hand, Raghav also came to Malhotra Mansion to talk to Kalpana. Seeing Ragahv, Raj said, "She is upstairs in her room." Knocking the door of her room, Ragahv said, "Kalpana, please open the door. I need to talk to you." Ragahv kept knocking the door but Kalpana didn't open the door. Feeling someone's hand on his shoulder, Ragahv looked behind and saw Raj. "She is very upset. Let her stay alone for a while," Raj said. "Come with me," Saying so Raj took Ragahv with him.

After fixing themselves on the couch, Raj said, "I know you have lots of questions that are killing you." He added, "I been with her since six years. I was the only witnessed of how she suffered these years. I was the only witnessed of how she became very rude, arrogant from a sweet, caring, calm and kind hearted." Raghav was just listening to him without uttering a word. Taking a deep breath, Raj continued,

Flashback

Six years ago

When Kalpana couldn't remember anything, the doctor gave her pain killer and she fell asleep. "What happened doctor? Why can't she remember anything?" Raj asked confused. He felt bad for Kalpana as she was not remembering anything. Hearing him the doctor said, "It happens sometimes when someone is in too much shock. There will be two possibilities when she will wake up. Number one, she may wake up with her memory back and number two, she may not wake up with her memory. Now pray to God," Saying so the doctor left from there. Somehow Raj was blaming himself for her current state. He kept praying to God for her. He was still there with Kalpana, until she woke up. After two long hours finally she opened her eyes but with a jerk as she was dreaming about her bitter past, that night when she was trying her best to save herself from Vikram's people. She was in the sitting position and breathing heavily. Raj noticed the difference when she woke up first time and now. He noticed that when she woke up first time, it seemed fresh as if nothing happed in her life. But this time she woke up scared. Without wasting a second he called the doctor. The came to her cabin. Seeing her sitting quietly, the doctor asked, "Hello young lady! How are you feeling now?" Kalpana nodded. "Can you do me a favor?" Showing a form the doctor said, "Actually I need to fill out this form. It is very important to have any of our patient's information for our medical record. So would you please share your information with us?" Without uttering a word, Kalpana just nodded. "Can I have your age please?" The doctor asked.

Kalpana: 19

Doctor: Your name please?

Kalpana: Kal.." she paused for a while then completed lying, "Kaya."

Doctor: Last name?

Kalpana: Jad.." she paused again and then completed lying, "Jaspaal."

Doctor: Where are you from?

Kalpana: India.

Doctor: Marital status?

Kalpana: Mar..." she paused again and then completed lying, "Unmarried."

Hearing her, both the doctor and Raj got relieved that she got her memory back. The doctor said, "Actually, two hours ago before you woke up you couldn't remember anything. Thanks God that you got your memory back." Hearing him Kalpana looked at the doctor confused. "In this case, most of the patients don't get their memory back," The doctor said. Kalpana looked at Raj when the doctor said, Shaking Raj's shoulder, "young man, now you relax. She is absolutely fine. She could remember everything." Raj smiled. Looking at Kalpana, the doctor said, "You didn't recover yet. So you need to be here in the hospital until you get recover fully." Saying so the doctor left from there. "Hi I am Raj," Raj said with smile. Kalpana nodded. Raj added, "Actually I felt guilt seeing you in this state as you met with an accident because of me." Kalpana didn't say anything as she didn't want to disclose it with any stranger. She was just listening to him quietly.

After two weeks Kalpana got discharged. Raj brought Kalpana to his house. In two weeks Kalpana found Raj reliable and besides this she didn't have any other option as she didn't decide to go back to India now, that's why agreed to come with him. Most of the time kalpana would spend time in her room all alone quietly. She wouldn't come outside of her room that's why her food was sent to her room. She wouldn't talk to anyone in the Mansion except Raj. If Raj would ask her anything she would reply him by saying only, yes or no.

As time passed she started spending sleepless night. Whenever she would close her eyes, she could see the flashes of that bitter night. Raj could hear her crying, screaming nonstop from her room. Raj felt bad for her. He couldn't see her in that state anymore. He thought, if it goes like this then slowly she will end up to the mental asylum. He decided to talk to her. He decided to help her coming out from this state. He went to her room but she wasn't there. Then he went to the backyard to check her. She was there sitting on a swing all alone quietly. He walked toward her and asked, "May I sit here with you for a while?" Kalpana nodded. After fixing himself beside her on the swing, Raj said, "Kaya, I can sense how much you are going through." He added, "Share your pain with someone. You will feel relieved." Seeing Kalpana looking into his eyes, Raj said softly, "You can trust me as a friend." Kalpana was quite for a while. "Please share with me," Hearing him, Kalpana's eyes filled with water as she remembered her bitter night. Without saying anything she got off from the swing and left from there.

One midnight, Raj's sleep got distracted hearing some sound. He came out from his room and tried to figure out where was that sound coming from. Finally he figured out the sound was coming from Kalpana's room. He heard her screaming and saying, "Please don't come close to me. Please don't kill me." Hearing her, Raj's eyes widened and opened the door of her room. He quickly walked toward her room and sat beside her. Holding her hand, he called her by her name, "Kaya, what happened?" Kalpana woke up with a jerk and sat on the bed. She was breathing heavily. Seeing her state somehow he knew that everything was related to that night, the same night she met with an accident. Holding her hand, Raj said concerned, "I would like to know what happened at that night." She looked at him for a while then said to avoid the topic, "I need to sleep now," saying so she laid down on her bed. While coming out from her room, he mumbled to himself, "No matter how much you deny but I will get to know."

When Raj was having his dinner, he saw that a maid was coming out from Kalpana's room with the food. He asked the maid, "Kaya again refused to eat?" The maid nodded and left from there placing her food on the table. Leaving his food incomplete, Raj walked to Kalpana's room. Holding her hand, Raj said, "Come let's eat together today." Hearing him she said, "I don't feel like eating." Raj continued, "Seems like you not only want to die alone but taking all of us with you." Kalpana looked at him confused. He added, "I will not eat until you don't," Saying so he fixed himself on a couch and started reading a magazine in Kalpana's room. There was total silence. It's been one hour but no one talked to each other. Finally Raj broke the silence saying, "I can understand that you got so much pain from this world that you don't want to live, but no one was there for whom you really need to be alive in this world?" Hearing him she looked into his eyes. Tears rolled down from her eyes, when Raj said, "Someone who loves you a lot." Though Kalpana didn't say anything but in her reaction he understood that there was someone very special in her life. He left from there leaving Kalpana crying her heart out loudly.

The next morning, when Raj was punching dummy, all of a sudden Kalpana's thought came into his mind. He felt bad remembering how she was crying. Punching on the dummy for the last time, he left from there. He went to Kalpana's room and saw her standing beside the window with a sad face. "Kaya come with me," saying so Raj dragged her to the exercise room. Pointing at the dummy, Raj said, "Kaya, keep hitting that dummy until you release all your frustration, pain and come back to the real life leaving your bitter past behind. First Kalpana stared at the dummy for a long time then started walking toward the dummy slowly, unknowingly. She stood near the dummy. Remembering Raj's words, she punched the dummy. Kalpana kept punching until she relieved all her frustration, pain. She didn't even care about her bleeding hands.

After freshening up, Kaya came out from her room. Seeing Raj doing his breakfast, she joined him. Raj felt good. After breakfast Kaya went to the terrace. Raj also went there following her. They were standing side by side quiet. After a while Kalpana broke the silence saying, "I hid my identity," Hearing her Raj looked at her. "My name is not Kaya and I am not unmarried." Raj was about to say something but stopped when his phone rang, "Yah, I am coming now," Saying so he cut the call. "Kaya, I need to go to my office. I will talk to you tonight," Saying so he left from there.

It was 9 pm. Once Raj came home he directly went to Kalpana's room to talk to her. He sat beside Kalpana on the bed. Holding her hand, Raj said, "Kaya, I don't want to know your real name or who is your husband. For me you are Kaya. I just want to know what exactly happened in your life that you ended up in that situation, I saw you for the first time at that night." Seeing her quiet, he said with assurance, "Kaya, please trust me as a friend. I really want to help you out with this." Looking at him, Kalpana nodded as she found some hope in Raj. Kalpana started telling her story to Raj, "My husband was the only son of a famous, successful and well known businessman. One day his son came from USA with his girlfriend. He had some problem in his Kunduli that's why he had to marry someone like me for six months for him to survive. For their own purpose they chose a 17 years old, innocent girl from a poor family hiding the truth. In the beginning my father did not agreed for this marriage but later on he had to agree realizing his health condition. He thought who will take care of me in absence of him. I got married to him. After marriage, I got to know that this marriage was against his will and he will never accept me as a wife. I totally broke down. I didn't say anything. I stayed quiet. Not only him, but all the family members couldn't accept me as a family member. I was all alone in that house. In that palace I was treated not more than a maid. I was given a store room to stay and eat with other maids. I never got any respect as a daughter in law. I didn't say anything. I stayed quite. I was humiliated with one of my husband's friends in front of my husband and other family members but no one came to save me. At that time I realized that how much my husband hates me. I didn't say anything. I stayed quite. One day my husband was caught with his girlfriend in intimate position. I was broke down. I still didn't say anything. I stayed quite. The biggest shock in my life was when I got to know that I was brought there for six months and for their own purpose. I didn't say anything. I stayed quiet. Then I lost my father. I had not even one person in my life. Months passed like this. One day those people planed something against me so that without any force I leave that house. They accused me as a thief and wanted to get me arrested. I still didn't say anything. I could leave that house at that time but couldn't thinking my husband would be in problem if I leave him before six months completed. When six months completed, those people were ready to get me out of that house. They didn't even realize where I could go as I didn't have anyone after my father. I was all ready to leave but all of a sudden my husband stopped me from leaving him. He started realizing his mistakes slowly. He left the Mansion and those people forever for me and his father couldn't take it easily. We came to Mumbai. Seeing him struggling I thought one day he will go back to his parents but he didn't. He tried his best to make me happy. First I was only a responsibility for him but later on I made a space in his heart. He started falling for me. We came close to each other slowly. But it didn't last for a long time. We decided to remarry with all the ritual. The day when we were about to marry, his dad kidnapped me. He planned to kill me so that I can't come back to his son's life. He left me alone with his people in a quiet place in the jungle. Those men forced themselves on me before killing me. I kept running in the dark jungle the whole night, to save myself from his people thinking that if I got caught then I would have to lose everything. I can't forget about that night that how much I went through." Tears rolled down from her eyes. Not only her, but Raj also couldn't hold his tears hearing her story. Wiping her tears, "Baas, enough. I can't stay quiet anymore. I can't tolerate this anymore. I am a human being. I also have a right to live my life with respect and dignity," Kalpana said. She added, "I won't be able to move on in my life agar mai purana jakham ko bhar nahi pai." She promised herself that she will destroy the person who was the reason of her every pain in her life. Hearing her, Raj said, "But you need to be very strong for that. You need to be a successful woman in the society to go against these people." After thinking something, he said, "Kaya, don't you think that you should let your husband know about his father?" Kaya replied, "No." Seeing him looking at her confused, she continued, "If he gets to know about his father, he will surely help me out with it and there is no doubt. But I don't want to drag him in all this. Yeh mera ladai hain and I will do it alone, and it is not possible in the presence of him because how could I forget that, that person is my husband's father and I don't want to fall weak." Raj promised Kalpana that he will help her in every possible way. He took it as a challenge that he will make her a strong and successful woman in the society so that she could live her life with respect and dignity in the society.

Kaya got permission to stay in the United States with political Asylum visa. Raj arranged some loans for her to complete her education from somewhere else. Raj wanted to help her with money from his pocket but Kaya denied taking it. She decided to be a lawyer so that she could also work for other poor people who were getting abused by rich people every day. She faced lot of problem as a village girl to a foreign country but she overcame it. She not only changed her get up but changed her mind killing that old innocent village girl Kalpana. No one knew her as Kalpana but KJ. She knew the profession she chose, was very risky that's why decided to join Karate. In the beginning she was having problem but she never gave up. On top of that Raj would encourage her. He wouldn't let her give up.

As time passed Raj and Kaya's friendship grew stronger. The way Kaya shared her past with Raj, he did the same. He also had a past, Anna. After Anna left from his life, Raj was totally broken. After he met Kaya, her friendship slowly made him forget Anna and helped him to come back to the normal life. Now Raj got used to Kaya. His parents would visit USA twice in a year then would go back to India. He stayed all alone in his entire life. After Kaya came, he didn't feel lonely anymore. Kaya was the only person; Raj was able to stay with someone six long years in his entire life. Without her Raj couldn't think anything else. It seemed like without her, Raj wouldn't be able to stay. Sometimes Kaya would tease him saying, "When I will go back to my husband then how you will be able to stay as my husband won't allow you in our house." Hearing her though Raj would feel bad but happy again thinking that at least he would be happy seeing Kaya with her husband.

Even though Kaya was away from Ragahv but she couldn't remove his thought from her mind for a second. She would miss him a lot. So many times she got caught by Raj, when she would cry remembering Ragahv. One day Raj asked her that if he moves on in his life thinking that you are dead, Kaya replied saying, "If he loves me then he will surely wait for me."

Five years later she became a lawyer. She practiced one year in USA. One of Raj's childhood friends was a police inspector in India. Staying in USA, with the help of that inspector, Kaya collected all the cases which were closed forever. She studied them and contacted with all the victims and promised them that she will help them when she will come back to India.

Six years later, finally she decided to go back to India. She also decided to hide her identity to everyone including Ragahv until she was able to take revenge. Though she was very exited that finally she was able to see her love after six long years but at the same worried thinking, for how long she will be able to hide her identity. (Flashback end)

Raghav was just listening to Raj without uttering a word. Wiping his tears, Ragahv said with pain, "Kalpana suffered this much and I even didn't know anything." Tears rolled down from his eyes. "I wished she could share her pain as well as she could share her happiness with me." He promised to himself that no one could harm his Kalpana anymore. Everyone has to go through Ragahv before they reached Kalpana. He thanked Raj for taking care of Kalpana in the absence of him and supporting her in every possible way.

Last part

In the court, Judge ordered the lawyers, Advocate KJ and Vikrams lawyer to place all the evidence and documents regarding this case.

Vikram's lawyer: Your honor, Advocate KJ accused my client, Vikram Singhania by attempt to murder of her daughter in law Kalpana Jadhav, which is totally unbelievable. My client cannot even think of doing this in his dream as he was one of the most respectable people in his village. My client thinks of others before thinking of himself that's why the villagers consider him as a datta.

Vikrams lawyer arranged some villagers who said all the good words about Vikram. At the end villagers said that they couldn't believe such things like this about their datta.

Vikram's lawyer: Your honor, I really don't understand why advocate KJ's client Kalpana didn't complain six years ago when that incident happened. Why now?

KJ: Because she was not in any state to fight against this man.

Vikram's lawyer: What do you mean by that?

KJ: When she was trying to save herself from this man's people, she was injured in an accident.

KJ called Raj as a witness.

Raj: Yes, this is true. When I was driving, I saw Kalpana running to save herself from two people running after her. All of a sudden she came in front of my car and got injured. Without wasting a second I took her to the hospital. After her treatment Dr. Sheti suggested me to take her to the USA.

KJ then called Dr. Sheti as another witness.

Dr. Sheti: Yes this is true that, Raj brought Kalpana to the hospital. Her condition was very critical so we had to send her to the USA.

Judge: Advocate KJ, can you please submit all the hospital documents where she had her treatment.

Placing the hospitals documents, KJ said in her mind, thanks god that before I came to India, I corrected my information in the hospital record.

Seeing the documents it was proved that Kalpana was injured and had been treated in USA.

Vikram's lawyear: Ok, after her treatment why she didn't come and complain against my client?

KJ: Because she didn't have that power or money to fight against these type of people. If she would file a case at that time, her case would get closed forever like the other poor people.

Vikram's lawyer: What do you mean by that?

Looking at Vikram's lawyer, KJ said, "Lawyers like you love to choose clients like Vikram Singhania though they are guilty, but not any client like Kalpana."

Hearing her, Vikram's lawyer gave her an angry glare.

Now Raghav was called.

Vikram's lawyer asked Ragahv, "Why do you think that your father was behind all this?

Ragahv: My father never liked Kalpana because she came from a poor family. Actually we all didn't like her in the beginning. She never got her right in that palace. Then I slowly realized my mistake and came out of the palace with her leaving my parents. My father didn't take it easily. He didn't stay quiet. He tried his best to separate us. Finally, he was able to succeed his plan to kidnap her on our wedding day.

Ragahv placed all the documents regarding Kalpana missing on the same day.

Hearing Ragahv, Vikram's lawyer said, "You love your wife that's why you went against your father. If you could leave your parents for your wife then how do we know that you are not lying to us for your wife?"

Ragahv was about to say something but got interrupted by a middle age woman who was sitting at a corner of the court, covering her face with a shawl.

"Please come to the front. First give us your introduction, then say whatever you want to say," the judge ordered the woman.

Removing her shawl from her face, the woman said, "I am Mrs. Gauri Singhania, Mr. Singhania's wife."

Looking at the Vikram's lawyer, she said, "you said my son loves his wife that's why he went against his father to support his wife." She added, "What about me? Vikram is my husband and according to you I should go against my daughter in law to support my husband right?" Hearing her everyone in the court looked at Gauri confused. They were shocked when Gauri said pointing to Vikram,

Gauri: Though he is my husband, but I will not support him. I will not support the person who tried to kill an innocent girl. I will not support a criminal like him.

Vikram's lawyer stood near her and asked, "How could you accuse your husband as a criminal?

Gauri: Because, I heard him planning to kill Kalpana. When I begged him not to do it with my children, he dialed someone's number and pretended to cancel the plan in front of me. At that time I didn't realize that he lied to me. I got to know when my son gave me Kalpanas missing news. Then I decided to confront Vikram and.." She paused for few seconds then completed, "And he confessed that his people killed her."

Saying so, Gauri started crying.

Wiping her tears, she continued, "I am as guilty as my husband, hiding the truth from everyone."

Hearing her, Ragahv said in his mind upset, I wished you could tell me mom then I wouldn't have to wait this long to punish this man.

Though, Vikram's lawyer could sense him losing this case after Gauri's statement, but Vikram still didn't lose any hope. Few of Vikram's people were present in the court. He gestured his people to do something.

Before the judge left the court, he asked for three days to come to the final decision. He also ordered advocate KJ to bring her client in the court.

Gauri walked toward KJ and apologized putting her palms together, "Beta, please forgive me." Holding her palms, KJ said, "Please don't do this bade Malkin." Hearing her, Gauri touched her cheek and said lovingly, "Call me mom." They hugged each other. They broke the hug when Ragahv came and said, "Mom, I need to talk to you." Leaving mother and son alone, Kalpana left from there. "Mom, I am very upset. Why didn't you tell me about this?" Ragahv said. "I wanted to tell you but stopped thinking that I have to lose you forever. Trust me. After this incident, though I was in that Mansion with him but I stopped talking to him and lived there as a stranger." After talking to Gauri, Ragahv started searching for Kalpana as he wanted to talk to her. She was not in the court. Ragahv came outside and saw Kalpana walking toward her car. Kalpana was about to open the door of her car, her phone rang. Someone called from an unknown number. She picked up the call and kept saying hello as no one was talking from the other side of the phone. She was standing still on the road. While Ragahv walking toward her, he noticed that a car was coming toward Kalpana with full speed. Before the car hit her, Ragahv pushed Kalpana aside and put his life in danger. After hitting Ragahv, when the car was leaving, Kalpana scanned the licence plate on the car in her brain within a second, she took injured Ragahv to the hospital.

Seeing Kalpana worried, the doctor said, "Don't worry he will be fine as he was not that injured." Hearing him, Kalpana said with teary eyes, "you don't know doctor, what he means to me in my life." Taking Ragahv's hand in her, she said looking at his sleeping face, "Why did you put your life to save my life haa? If anything happens to you? How could I live without you? I am still alive because you are alive." Tears rolled down from her eyes to his face. Sammy was watching them from far, amused. "Now I understood Ragahv, why you couldn't move on with your life with someone else? Because you both are made for each other and no one could come in between you." Sammy mumbled to himself.

Three days later

Kalpana was brought to the court as the Judge ordered. Both Vikram and Kalpana were standing face to face. Looking at him, Kalpana said in her mind, you are gone Mr. Singhania. Now no one can save you. Trying to kill me again, Aap apki payer me kulhar mara, apki saja aur bhi bada diya.

Everyone was eagerly waiting to hear the Judge's decision in the court.

Judge: All the evidences were clearly proved that Mr. Singhania is guilty. To attempt to murder twice he is sentenced to imprisonment for 20 years.

Hearing this, a tear of joy escaped from Kalpana's eyes. She felt relieved as she could move on with her life with Ragahv now.

In the hospital

Gauri and Sammy directly went to the hospital from the court. They told Ragahv about the judge's decision. Looking around, Ragahv said, "Mom, where is Kalpana? I am dying to talk to her." Hearing him Gauri said, "She was here with you all the time. Because of the pain killer you were dizzy and kept sleeping." In the meantime, the doctor came with the discharged paper. The doctor said to Ragahv, "you are absolutely fine, you can go home now."

After dropping off Ragahv to home, Sammy said, "Ragahv you go home. I will be back soon." Ragahv nodded. Looking at Ragahv, Sammy mumbled to himself, "Best of luck Ragahv." Then he drove off from there.

Ragahv entered into the house. His eyes fell on the decorated room. The room was decorated with lots of candles. He was confused thinking who did all these. As he walked forward to his bedroom, he was more confused seeing the decorated bed with red rose petals. He looked behind, hearing his name, "Ragahv." He was staring at her. He was staring at his love. He was staring at his wife. Kalpana was looking so beautiful in this bridal attire.

He wanted to see her in this attire six long years ago. He couldn't believe his eyes thinking that, that time finally came. He was staring at Kalpana as she was walking slowly toward him. She stood close to him. Taking his hand in her, Kalpana said, "Ragahv, I would like to start our life from where we left six years back." Seeing him looking at her, Kalpana said, "Yes, we will marry now." Looking at the empty space above the bed, "I think this is the time to fill that space. This space had been waiting for our wedding picture since six long years."

After changing his costume, ragna went to the living room. She made a mandap with the help of Sammy at the corner of the living room. Both of them started walking around the fire with seven vows, those seven promises to be with each other forever. After completing seven rounds, Ragahv filled Kalpana's maang with sindoor. Then he put Mangalsutra around her neck. After that their marriage had been completed.

They were sitting in each other arms on the bed. Kalpana lifted her head. Placing a soft kiss on his injured forehead, Kalpana said lovingly, "I will remove all your pain with my love." Placing another soft kiss on his cheek, she apologized, "Sorry, I lied to you that I am not Kalpana." Placing another kiss on his other cheek, she apologized, "Sorry for staying away from you for six long years." Looking at her rosy lips, he wanted to feel her. He wanted his lips against hers and every part of her body. He wanted to make her his. He stared at her with deep passion in his eyes. He couldn't stop himself from claiming her. Without wasting a second he captured her lips. Kalpana felt herself weakening with his every touch. He started losing control over himself and began undressing themselves. They wanted to have each other right now...

Laying naked in each other's arms, Raghav said caressing her hair, "Kalpana, you know that I love you so much then why didn't you share your pain with me? You knew that I could go against anyone to support you." Hearing him Kalpana said, "I know Ragahv. But how could I forget that he is your father." Switching her under him, Ragahv demanded, "Promise me that you will not hide anything from me, from now on." Kalpana nodded. "Promise you will share everything with me including your cases." Hearing him Kalpana said confused, "Cases?" Ragahv said, "Yes, from now on I want you to discuss all your cases with me." Kalpana said, "How could I..." Ragahv cut her sentence and said placing a soft kiss on her forehead, "Kalpana, I love you so much and I am afraid to lose you again." Kissing him back, she asked, "What you will do knowing about my cases?" Without wasting a second he replied quickly, "I would like to be with you as your body guard so that no one could harm you." Kalpana said, "What about your business? If you stay with me 24 hours then who will take care of your business?" Ragahv replied quickly, "Sammy." Seeing her looking at him, Ragahv said, "Kalpana, please agree with me. I am not stopping you to take any dangerous case. I just wanted to protect you." Finally Kalpana agreed. After thinking something Kalpana asked, "Ragahv can I ask you something?" Ragahv nodded. "Why did you lose your hope that I am not your Kalpana? I am someone else's?" Kalpana asked. Looking at her eyes, Ragahv said, "I didn't lose my hope Kalpana. From the beginning I knew that you were my Kalpana but I was very upset thinking that you forgot me and I couldn't bear this."

The next morning, after freshening up, Kalpana went to the kitchen to make coffee for both of them. Seeing Kalpana not beside him on the bed, Ragahv went to the kitchen. Kalpana felt a pair of strong arms wrapped her waist. She smiled knowing that who the person was. "Why did you wake up so early?" Ragahv asked brushing his lips on her neck. "Come let's go back to sleep," saying so he was about to lifted her in his arms but stopped when Kalpana said, "This is not time to sleep." Pointed to the wall clock, she said, "It is 10 am." "I don't care what time it is? I just want you in my bed," Saying so Ragahv was about to kiss her lips but she stopped him putting her palm on his mouth. Removing her hand from his mouth, Ragahv said huskily, "Do not stop me Kalpana, as I was away from this, six long years." He lifted her in his arms and walked toward the bedroom.

Ragna went to Switzerland, as he promised to himself that after their marriage they will go there for two months.

After two months Kalpana came back from Switzerland with six weeks pregnant. Mr. and Mrs. Rao sold the house to Ragna. They expanded their house buying the next empty plot. They made five bedrooms with luxurious living room. They named it RagNa Mansion'.

After two years, Kalpana gave birth their second child. Ragna had two kids now. One boy and one girl. Tanvee and Tisha. Gauri visited them every other week and stayed with them for few days and went back to the village as she was the only person after Vikram, to take care of the Mansion and his businesses. Raj settled down in India. He got married. He became a good friend of Raghav as well now.

As time passed, Raghav and Kalpana were doing well in professional life as well as personal life. Ragahv became a successful businessman. He had his own business now and his company was in top three. On the other hand, Kalpana became very popular and well known lawyer in India.
