Want Suggestion!!

Hello friends I need some suggestion from you all as you all know that in story dill mill gaye kalpi's revenge is almost completed as she has 60% shares of raghav company but still she wants the remaining 40% so please suggest me something that how should kalpi get the remaining 40% of shares.

rag tried t get finance from other sources but failing due t kalpi power n kalpi tricked him using a fake company who finance him n take his forty percent that rag think he is just mortgaging it but truth is kalpi takes it so 100 % in total
