you upload the pic on imgur.com then cpoy the direct link you will see on the left of the pic n paste it in the box u will get when u click the icon pic on the toolbar above the message box then ok then update the pic

first upload it in imgur.com then copy that link ... in post reply there is a option for pic select that add the link there and post.

I think it works dnt knw..
