It was the last day of camping...
The sunrise made the place shine like heaven... All woke up and they started to circle around something.. To be precise raghav and kalpi who were sleeping in sitting position on the wooden bench. All start to giggle, some were in awe to look at the cute couple and sapna was sad... Hearing sounds of giggling and whispers, kalpi slowly opened her eyes and frowned when she found them staring at her.. She was confused.. Suddenly, she realised she is in raghav's arms... She distanced herself from raghav quickly and in the process raghav was awake. Raghav was surprised as well.. Kalpi stood up and ran towards her camp. Raghav gave a sheepish smile to the ppl around who had questioning look on their face and went to his camp.
After an hour all gathered at their usual place. While they were waiting for virat regarding the activity they are going to carry out today,
T: " hmmm... Kalpi, i think u slept very well yesterday," she said with a wink.
K: " its nothing like u think tanya.. We were talking yesterday.. And i dont know how we fell asleep.. So, u don't exaggerate it." she said firmly.
Ad: " how was ur first sleep with ur love of life dude,"he asked circling his arm around his shoulder.
R: " nothing like u think addy.. Actually, yesterday she was talking about..," he stopped saying further as he don't want to tell something that is too personal about her to others.
Ad: " about what?"
R: " nothing", he said leaving a confused addy behind.
V: " ok.. Friends, here comes the end of the camping. I hope u all enjoyed the day.. So, i just want to say thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity and i want to say sorry as well if i hurt u by any means in these two days...," and everybody clapped.
Later all packed their belongings and boarded the bus to go back home. This time kalpi was already sat at her sit and without wasting a second raghav went to sit beside her.
R:" can i sit here?" , he asked gaining kalpi's attention who was staring outside the window.
K: " yeah.. Sure..," she said with a small smile.
Virat, tanya and addy showed their thumbs up towards raghav whereas raghav smiled shaking his head.
R: " hmmm... I had wonderful time during the camping... And i will miss the fun.."
K: " yup... But i thought u will miss sapna more," she said giggling.
Raghav stared at her with blank expression.
K: " sorry," she muttered and lowered her head.
R: " well what u r saying is half true.. I did enjoy someone's company but thats not sapna... Its u..", he said cheekily.
Kalpi looked up into his eyes. And they had an eye lock which came to end with the noise others making.
K: " to be true, i also enjoyed ur company," she said in a low voice.
Raghav was so happy that at least she enjoyed his company.
R: " what r ur plans for next week? I mean we have a week of holidays right?"
K: " i thought of going back to london to my home but decided against it as tanya will be alone here.. So, just have some girl time with her.. Nothing more special.. What about u?"
R: " addy and i are going for football competition at liverpool.. Will be back on Friday evening."
( haha... Im giving a lot of football names lor... But im not a Liverpool or manchester united fan!!! Im a gooner, arsenal fan... Ahaan.. And im girl. No doubt about it...But just a crazy football fan...)
Kalpi and raghav didnt utter a single word as they were sad as they will not be meeting for a week.. Then, the bus reach the venue and all went to their respective houses.
It has been 3 days since they came back from camping. Raghav and addy went to their football match.
At kalpi and tanya's house...
The girls were having some hot and spicy indian food which they ordered from The Indian Curry House... Suddenly,
K: " tanya.. Can i ask u something?", she asked twirling her fork on the plate.
T: " since when u need permission to ask me something.. Ask straight away," she said munching her food.
K: " WHAT IS LOVE?", she asked with an innocent baby face.
The food choked in tanya's throat and she started to cough vigorously. Kalpi quickly fill the glass with water and handed it to tanya. Tanya gulped the contents in one gulp.
T: " why are u suddenly asking such question?", she enquired fully aware of the reason.
K: " its just.. Errr.. Just general knowledge u know.. General knowledge," she gave a lame excuse.
T: " general knowledge? Well all i know about love is it is a wonderful feeling that everyone yearns for.. I dont know in depth as i have never been in love.."
K: " oh... Ok," she continued eating ignoring the questioning gaze of tanya.
After finishing their food, both of them went to their respective rooms...
In kalpi's room,
Kalpi was trying to engage herself in something like reading novel, but she cant. Every second she tries to concentrate, the only thing that comes to her mind is raghav's face. Her mind remembers all the moments with him. How they first met, how he punched the sushant for misbehaving with her, the camping moments, and especially how he comforted her when she break down talking about her brother, ridham. A small smile appeared on her face.
K(selftalk): " god! Im missing him so much. I never been like this. I never missed anyone like this. Even when im away from aj, sid or priya, i never missed them this bad. But raghav also is a friend like them.. In fact i just know him for months.. Is.. Is this love? NO... What is love??? Arghh... Im getting mad... Who should i ask?," then her face brightens.
She took her ipad and called her parents via skype.
A: " hey princess... How r u?"
K:" im fine daddy... Where is mumma?"
A: " here she comes..", he said looking at his side.
D: " hi little kitty.."
K: " hi mumma.."
Abhi and divya frowned as they can see some confusion on their daughter's face.
D: " darling, what happened? U look confused.."
K: " me? Confused? No mumma...(paused for a while).. Yes mumma... Very big confusion..", she said pouting cutely.
A: " and what is it sweetheart?"
K: "hmmm... Daddy... U and mumma had love marriage nah?", she asked raising her eyebrow.
A&D: " yesss.. And what it has to do with ur confusion?", they asked in a mischievous tone.
K: " well, what is love? How to find out if a person is in love? And how to be sure if the person on whom we have feelings is the right person for u?", she asked in one breath.
Abhi and divya laughed looking at their cute daughter.
K: " mumma, daddy! What is so funny? Why u guys are laughing?", she asked in slight anger.
A: " muffin, first of all when u ask such question, it means u r already in love.."
K: " WHAT?? I don't understand daddy.."
D: " first tell us, who is that boy? Because u have told us about all those boys who proposed u.. But it was a joke for u... But for the first time, u r so serious about it.."
K: " mumma, he is my friend... So handsome, so well mannered, very good student, and most importantly he cares for me a lot," she said with a smile.
A: " arey, u r praising him so much.. Looks like now u like him more than me," he said dramatically.
K: " boyfriend , this emotional act doesn't suit u.. Haha.. U r always first for me... Acha answer my question pls..."
A: " love is not something u plan sweetheart. It just happens. U will feel something different when u r with that person... U will share ur darkest secrets with him.. U feel like wanna pour all ur painful memories to him.. And u find the medicine for those pains in his embrace."
Kalpi recalled how she told raghav about her brother and how she felt peace in his arms and smiled.
D: " hmmm... Very well said.. And thats the reason i fell for ur daddy..," she said while abhi hugged her sideways.
K: " awww.. U two are such a cute couple..," she said kissing the ipad screen.
A: " princess, i hope we solved the confusion," he said winking.
K: " 99% cleared daddy..", she said winking back.
(Still not 100%... Kalpi!!! What else u want to comfirm 100%?... Arghhh!!)
A&D: " all the best then.."
K: " for what," she asked frowning.
D: " just.. U will need it.."
K: " mumma..", she said in a complaining tone.
K: " bye.. Mumma.. Daddy.. I think tanya is calling me.."
A&D: " bye," they said with smile.
On the other hand...
At Liverpool...
Raghav and addy were sitting alone after their regular practice.. Raghav was silent and to be more precise lost..
Ad: " hey devdas.. What happen?"
R: " kon devdas?," he asked frowning.
Ad: " who else? U!," he said laughing.
R: " oh come on yaar.. Im not devdas.. Devdas had love failure and my love story haven't start yet.."
Ad: " haan, thats right.. Ok.. Mr romeo.. Tell me y u look lost?"
R: " nothing.. Just missing her so much.. My heart yearns to see her..", he said sighing heavily.
Ad: " this is side effects of love bro.. Just four more days dude.. We will be back on friday night.."
R: " this four days looks like four years... Damn... I never felt like this before!", he said passing his hand through his hair in frustration.
( imagine how painful it was for him the four years separation..)
Addy laughed at the lover boy sitting beside him...
Ad: " why dont u call her and talk to her raghav?"
Raghav picked his handphone and dialled her number..but, her phone was switched off.. ( kalpi forgot to charge her phone).. So, he called tanya..
Kalpi and tanya were playing chess.. Suddenly the phone rang.. Tanya picked up the phone while kalpi was intently looking at the chessboard planning for her next move..
T: " hello raghav," kalpi looked up from the chessboard..
R: " hey, tanya.. Where is kalpi? Why her phone is switched off?"
T: " switched off ? Wait a second..," saying so she picked up kalpi's phone on the table and checked it to find it is off..
Kalpi raise her eyebrow asking what... Tanya showed her phone to her.. Realisation hit kalpi and she went to charge her phone..
T: " raghav she forgot to charge her phone.."
R: " oh... Ummm... Tanya... Umm ... Can i speak to her?"
T: " lover boy missing his girl already?", she teased.
R: " tanya!"
T: " ok..ok.. Here she comes.. Talk to her..", she handed her phone forcefully to kalpi as she denied to talk.
K: " hello...", she whispered and tanya left kalpi giving her privacy..
R: " how are u?"
K: " im.. Im good.. How are u?"
R: " im fine.."
And silence persists...
K: " hmmm...k ...bye.."
R: " bye.."
(These two miss each other but when they get a chance to talk, they are silent...lol)...
Precap: kalpi forgot something...LOL...
Ufff... Done with this part...
Sorry if this part is boring... I just wanted to make kalpi slowly realise that she is in love..
And now she is 99% sure (haha.. Not 100%)...
