It was the day today. Kamla was happily arranging tho house and putting things back in their right places. She was very happy.. Her life was half-contented. Her son Pakhya had settled in the States wid the post of Head Engineer. Vitthal went to find a job. Vitthal didn't have a job but still Kamla was happy that they lived together. Her reason for happiness was that her daughter Kalpi was returning home from her boarding school today. Kalpi was Kamla's daughter that had been sent to Boarding School to study. Kamla noticed that she had to buy vegetables. So she went out. On the way, while returning home, she saw a speeding car pass by. Kamla shouted,"PAKHI !!!!" The car stopped and out stepped an old lady. From the driver's seat stepped out a young girl aged 19. She wore a white full sleeved netted top and an orange mini-skirt. She had a wide smile on her face. The old lady blesses her and went on her way. Kamla went to Pakhi and started reprimanding her for her rash driving. Pakhi managed to calm down her by hugging her. Both hugged each other.. Kamla took Pakhi along with her home.. Someone was aldready waiting for her near the doorstep along with Kanta Tai. She had long black hair, a slim figure and a beautiful face. Kamla smiled widely and shouted,"KALPI !!" The girl turned towards her smiling widely. She went and hugged her mother and Kamla had tears in her eyes. Pakhi came running towards her and hugged her asking how she was. Kalpi's smile faltered a bit but nevertheless she hugged her back. Kamla was happy to see both hug each other. Kamla said,"Chal Pakhi. You must be thirsty. I'll get u something cold to drink." Saying this she took Pakhi inside ignoring Kalpi. Kalpi's smile faltered but she masked it and said to herself,"Aai.. I will have you to myself again.. I prove to you that I am ur daughter, not Pakhi."
At the Kapoors House, Neetu was sitting on a couch reading a magazine. She was enjoying a hot cup of tea. Someone came from behind her and shouted,"BOO !!!" The magazine fell from her hands and she screamed. She heard laughter from behind. She turned around and saw that it was her son Prem. She laughed along with him. She asked,"How was ur stay at London, Chocopie ?" Prem said,"It was amazing Mom.. We've got one more deal in our hands now." Neetu happily said,"Awww, my chocopie.. You must be the youngest businessman who has done this much for our business. Let's celebrate." They went towards the bar they had at home and did a toast that was joined by Sahil later. Sahil said,"Welcome back home, Son.. And a very big toast for Prem Kapoor." They toasted once again. Prem asked,"Mom. Where is Pakhi ?" Neetu scrunched her face and said,"She's with that Kamla. Dnt know what she sees in her." Prem said,"Seriously Mom.. I thought that after all these years, she might have got over this stupid obsession." Neetu said,"I am telling you Prem, my Pookha is very innocent. This Kamla must have done something and put Pookha in her hands." Sahil asked,"But Neetu.. Why would she do that ?" Neetu said," U dnt know anything Sahil.. She can do anything. We cnt trust her." Prem said,"Leave it Mom. She'll come home anyways.. We'll talk to her then.."
That night Pakhi came home. Prem came from behind and covered her eyes. Neetu and Sahil watched them with wide smiles on their faces. Pakhi touched those hands and asked,"Who is it ??" Prem quietly said,"Guess who ??" Pakhi smiled and shouted,"Prem Bhaiyya.." Prem took his hands off her eyes. Pakhi enveloped her brother in a tight hug. Prem laughed and hugged her back.. While they were having dinner together, Prem asked,"Pakhi.. Where were you today ?" Pakhi said,"At Kamla Maa's house." Prem asked,"You knew I was coming. Then why did you go there ?" Pakhi said,"Bhaiyya.. Kalpi arrived today. So I went there." Prem said," You mean that Bai's beti ??" Pakhi sternly said,"That's enough Bhaiyya.. Tht's Kamla Maa for me and Kalpi is my sister." Prem said,"Kalpi isn't ur sister and neither is that Bai ur mother." Pakhi got up from the table and went away. Neetu asked,'Why chocopie ??? U've angered her now." Prem said,"I know that I've snapped.. It'll get better tomorrow.. Dnt worry.."
Meanwhile, a guy was waiting at a heliport for a certain someone. He wore coolers and kept looking at the watch from time to time. He asked tha man standing beside the car,"Its time aldready. Whr is he ?" The man replied,"He will be here in a few minutes." And then there came the sound of a helicophter. It landed down and out stepped a man in a fitting tuxedo and coolers to match. The man in the car got down and exclaimed,"RAGHAV !!" THe man named Raghav turned around and smiled a bit,'SAMMY !!" Both hugged each other. Sammy asked,"How are you, Raghav ??" Raghav said,"I am fine Sammy.. How are you ?? How is everything going on in India ??" Sammy said,"Everything is fine Raghav. Let's go." On the way, Raghav asked,"So have you been playing detective while I was gone ?" Sammy laughed and said,"Ofcourse Raghav.. Afterall, they are ur orders." Raghav smiled and said,"The business is good in America. I've just given Prakash Jadhav another contract." Sammy asked,"That's good.. Hope he is doing well." Raghav said,"Ofcourse, he is doing well. He got a call on his mobile that flashed the name DEEPIKA.. Raghav said,"Oopsss.. Oh no.." He quickly picked up and answered it. Sammy asked after the call ended,"Deepika huh ??" Raghav said,"Yeah.. I was to call her after I reached. Bt then I forgot and so she called me." Sammy said,"DUDE !! Dnt tell me u are scared of her 😆" Raghav said,"You dnt know her Sammy.. Sammy said,"Really ?? Thanx for telling me that after spending almost my entire childhood with her.." Raghav said," She has a horrible temper and she won't mind to elash it out if u didn't do anything that u promised u would do." Sammy said," I dnt think so.. She has to be the same girl that used to chase me around the house just because I stole her cookies." Raghav said,"She isn't. After what happened, she definitely isn't." Sammy out an arm around Raghav. Raghav said,"I did not know Kapoors would stoop this low so as to try and hurt a little girl. She was just a kid then." Sammy said,"I understand Raghav." Raghav said,"I've tried to bring her out of that memory but still she remembers what she saw. It hurts me to see her like that. She is the only family I've got." Sammy asked,"How did you leave her there all alone ?" Raghav said,"I left her under the care of Suzy Aunty. She's been like a mother to the both of us." The atmosphere was silent for sometime until Sammy decided to break the silence.. He said,"You know Raghav ?? I would never forget those days when she used to run around in her pigtails clutching the cookies to her chest and I used to run after her for the cookies or the days when she used to chase me around with a stick just because I used her shirts to decorate the front lawn." Raghav laughed,"U were mean to her Sammy.. Really mean.." Sammy said,"Dnt act as if she is the innocent baby.. She burnt all of my undergarments once and I was left without undergarments for a week." Raghav laughed,"LOL...I remember that...U guys are just so alike.." Sammy smiled and then laughed along with Raghav..
This marks the end of the first chapter (OR) First Episode.. I've clubbed a few episodes together.. This was how I pictured the starting episode would be after the leap.. Well, do leave in ur comments ad u are welcome to criticize me 😳 And do drop in ideas if u have 😳
