Chapter 2

It was evening and kalpi was still in the same position... She was not able to sleep as her mind was constantly reminding her about the night which has disturbed her life... She was still trying to remember what happened yesterday that she and raghav ends up having S** with each other... But her thoughts were broken with the knock on the door... She looks towards the door and sees kamala entering the room with a smile on her face...

Kalpi turns her face and calms herself and wipes her tears hiding them from kamala and then turn towards her and says..

Kalpi: aai
Kamala: kalpi its evening and you are still not ready... Look at the time.. Singhania family will be coming here anytime dear... You know na today is your Roka ceremony...

Kalpi nods and says...
K- okk aai

Kamal: Ok beta... Chalo I am leaving you get ready soon...

Saying this kamala left ... Kalpi gets up from the bed and walks towards the closet to get her dress for today's ceremony... She started wearing her lehenga which was gifted to her by prem... She removed her salwar and started wearing lehenga when she saw again saw the marks on her legs... Tears again welled up in her eyes.. She wore the lehenga trying to ignore that marks and then removed her top to wear the choli and again she sees the marks on her belly and neck... She immediately wore her choli hiding that marks and trying to forget what has happened...

Finally she was ready to go down... She does the touch up and waited for kamala to come and take her down... kamala comes their and takes kalpi down... Rasam started and all started blessing her... She was smiling but only she and raghav knows what she was feeling from inside.. The feeling of cheating was making her restless... Rasam got completed and singhania's left from their after sometime... Next day was the sangeet ceremony... Kalpi didn't sleep at night too and same was the case with raghav... Both were thinking about what has happened a night before... How they are in a big mess now...
Getting frustrated he runs his hands in his hairs and switches off the light trying to get some sleep but of no use... Here kalpi too tried but she was getting images of how she was kissing raghav wildly... She clutched the side pillow and then throws it on the floor and started crying...

Next day...

Kalpi was ready with her sangeet outfit and kamala brought her down in the living room... kalpi looks at prem who was smiling at her... And then her eyes fells on raghav who was also looking at her... She again remembers their night and closed her eyes.. Raghav notices this and leaves the hall making some excuse as he didn't want kalpi to feel embarrassed...

She goes and stands with prem and he slids his hand around her waist and looks at her and winks looking at her... Kalpi just smiled prem notices that kalpi behaviour has changed... prem decides to talk to kalpi but then he thought that may be because of the wedding she is nervous...

Their sangeet ceremony gets completed and then next day was their haldi ceremony... That too kalpi attended with her mind telling her to tell the truth to prem and her heart telling that she should not tell that... Haldi ceremony was over... and now singhania left from their...

Kalpi was sitting in her room after removing haldi from her body... when kamala came to her... She sits beside kalpi and says...

Kamala: Beta I will miss you so much... Saying this she kissed her forehead...

Kalpi smiles and hugs her... Tears welled up in kalpi's eyes thinking that she is not only cheating prem but she is also cheating her mother and whole family... She then breaks the hug and kamala looks at her face.. kamala wipes her tears and says..

kamala: No kalpi don't cry I am sure prem will keep you so happy that you will forget me and your baba...

Kalpi: No aai I can never forget you people..

Saying this she again hugs kamala... After sometime kamala breaks the hug and leaves from their...

Kalpi sits on the bed leaning on the headboard.. She again thinks about this everything... She then remembers something... Her mother's word that a girl should give everything only to her husband... Her mother's words started haunting her mind... She again started crying but then she controls and wipes her tears and says..

Kappi: Yes this is what I will do... I know this will hurt us very much but still I will do this as this will be the best for all of us...

She then gets up from the bed and takes the cell from the table and dials raghav's number...

Raghav was in his room laying on the bed... He too tried sleeping but the images of that night keeps on haunting him and the fact that they were hiding this from prem was making him more restless... He laid on the bed and kept on looking at the ceiling... Suddenly his phone rang and he comes out of his thoughts... He looks around for his cell... He sees his cell on the table and takes it and sees the caller...

Raghav: kalpi... Why she is calling me at this time... Is she Ok... Did she tell everything to prem... He slowly press the button and picks up the call and said..

Raghav: Hello kalpi are you alright... What happen ... Why you are calling me at this time... Speak something kalpi...

Kalpi took a deep breath and says...

Kalpi: Raghav I want to meet you...

Raghav: kalpi you cant step out of your house.. Tomorrow is your wedding... And I

But she cuts him and says...

Kalpi: Raghav I want to meet you now... Can you please come at my place... Its very urgent...

Raghav panics and says..

Raghav: kalpi is everything ok.. Did you tell anything to prem...

Kalpi: No but I want you to come now please...

Raghav: Ok kalpi I am coming...

Kalpi: Ok thank you..

Saying this she cuts the call...

She again sits on the bed closing her eyes and waiting for Raghav and thinking about her decision...

After sometime Raghav comes to singhania chawl but as per kalpi instruction he meet her outside chawl...

Raghav: kalpi are you alright...

Kalpi: Raghav... She looks at him and walks towards him and says..

Kalpi: Raghav I want to talk something very important..

Raghav: What kalpi... is everything alright
Kalpi: Raghav marry me...

Raghav gets shock to hear this...

Raghav: kalpi...

Kalpi closes her eyes and says..

Kalpi: Yes Raghav please marry me...

Raghav was too shocked to react... He looks at kalpi and can see she was in so much pain while saying these words... He puts his hands on her shoulder and made her sit on the bench and sits beside her and says..

Raghav: kalpi what happen?

Kalpi: Kuch nahi Raghav... Just marry me please...

Raghav holds her hands and says..

Raghav: kalpi what are you saying... Tomorrow you and prem will be marrying each other... You love prem and he too loves you a lot than why you are saying like this...

Tears started flowing from kalpi's eyes... She looks at Raghav and says..

Kalpi: I cant cheat prem Raghav... I cant... I have given my virginity to you... how can I marry someone else Raghav...

Raghav: But kalpi that was just a mistake... You love prem...

Kalpi: Raghav just answer me will you marry me or not... If your answer is yes than lets go we will get married now before tomorrow morning and if your answer is no than I will leave this city forever as I cant marry prem... I cant cheat everyone...

Raghav just stare at her with shocked expressions...

Chapter 3

Kalpi looks at him and says..

Kalpi: raghav please answer me...

Raghav: Ok Kalpi... I am ready... If you think this is the only option than I will marry you... But Kalpi don't you think that by marrying each other we will be hurting prem... And what about you Kalpi.. you loves prem a lot and would you be able to live with me by seeing prem in front of your eyes...

Kalpi thinks about the lines spoke by raghav... She remembers the moments she has spent with prem... How they were happy with each other... Their dreams which they have seen together... She then thinks "raghav is right... Will I be able to stay without prem..."

She then looks at raghav and was about to say something when raghav says..

raghav: I know the answer kalpi you love him a lot.. So just don't take any decision which you will regret later... Just marry prem and I am sure you will forget that night and will cherish only good memories you will have with prem... And don't think about that night that was just a mistake...

Kalpi smiles and nods her head and says..

Kalpi: Thanks raghav...

raghav: For what kalpi..

Kalpi: For making me understand and for also making me realize that I was going to commit a biggest mistake...

raghav: You are welcome...And I will always be their for you whenever you will need me ok... Now just go and sleep as tomorrow morning is you wedding...

Kalpi smiles and says ok...

raghav left from their and kalpi started setting her bed when she receives the call from prem...

Kalpi smiles looking at the number and picks up the call...

Kalpi: Hey hello...

Prem: Hey kalpi how are you...

kalpi: I am good prem...

Prem: Ohhh I am missing you so much... Just waiting for tomorrow... Finally you will be mine... I am so happy kalpi... I love you a lot kalpi...

kalpi had tears in her eyes hearing this and thinks and what i'm going to do i cheating him...

Prem: So what you are going to wear tomorrow..

kalpi: what kind of question is this prem... My wedding outfit which you have chosen...

Prem: I don't mean that kalpi... I mean what you will be wearing at night... You know after all tomorrow will be our first night... I am so excited kalpi...

That's it kalpi just heard night and she again went into her thinking mode... She again get flashes of raghav sucking and kissing her... She closes her eyes and then started crying... She somehow manages to say bye to prem and cuts the call...

Prem looks at the cell with a confused look and thinks "What is wrong with her.. Why she is behaving so weird now a days... I think pre wedding nervousness..."

Next morning...

Kalpi wakes up and goes to take shower... She should be happy today as she was getting married to her love but she was not as the guilt feeling was too much... She then started getting ready and was thinking about her conversation with prem and raghav... She stops for sometime and thinks "I should tell the truth to prem... No matter what he should know the truth... Yeah I will tell him before our marriage.. I don't want to live with the burden of this guilt... I will call him now..."

She took the cell and dialed prem number... But no one picked up the call...

Kalpi: I think I should talk to him after reaching singhania mention...

Saying this she keeps the cell and got ready... kamala comes to her and looks at her... She hugs her and applied kaajal behind her ear to save her from evil eyes... Then they all put all the necessary things in the car and left for the singhania mantion...

They reached singhania mantion with all the guests and then kalpi took blessings from everyone... Gauri kisses kalpi on her forehead and said...

Gauri: I am so happy beta... Finally today you will be my bahu... Welcome to singhania family

kalpi: Maa where is prem...

Gauri smiles and says..

Gauri: Beta he is getting ready..

kalpi: Ok maa I will come in few minutes...

She was about to go when fauri holds her hand and says..

Gauri: Beta don't be so impatient... You guys are getting married in few hours... Just be here... He will be here only... You come with me...

Saying this she drags kalpi with her... kalpi tried to stops her but in vain... Than they all started moving towards the mandap when kalpi saw raghav coming out of his room... She stops and again that night images came in front of her... But raghav smiles looking at her and gave her an assuring smile...

gauri asked raghav to call prem...

Raghav was going up when prem walks down and walks towards the mandap ignoring raghav... kalpi smiles looking at prem but prem gave her an angry look.. This confuses kalpi and raghav both... Gauri then got up to make kalpi sit in the mandap when they heard prem...

Prem: Maa I cant marry kalpi...

Everyone gets shock... And kalpi was the person to get the biggest shock...

Gauri looks at prem and says..

Gauri: Beta what kind of joke is this and this is not the time to play these pranks ok.. Now come lets go...

Prem: No maa this is not a joke... I cant marry a characterless girl...

Kalpi eyes open wide and she looks at prem and prem looks at her fuming...

Gauri and kamala both shouts at prem hearing this...

Gauri: prem... What are you saying beta..

Kamala: prem... Mind your language... You are talking about my daughter...

Prem: Aunty Maa Why should I control... I am just saying the truth.. Ask your daughter she will say you the truth... Ask her... She is a characterless girl.. She has slept with my own brother... they both are cheating me on my back...

Everyone gets shock to hear this... raghav comes to prem and says..

Raghav: prem you are thinking...

But prem cuts him and says..

Prem: Bas bhai... Bhai I loved you and respected you like my best friend and what you two did... You both cheated me bhai... If you both were in love than you could have tell me... I would have backed out of yours life.. Why you cheated bhai why...

Raghav was about to say something when gauri cuts him and said...

Gauri: Bas prem you are crossing limits now.. We all know kalpi and raghav very well.. Just stop all this non sense...

Prem: I knew it maa.. You all will not believe me. But I have proofs... When I came to know the truth of this girl and my bhai I was shock and was not able to believe but than I saw the proof... Maa I am sure this girl have fooled bhai...

Gauri: What proof...

Prem then removes a packet and gives it to gauri and says..

Prem: See this maa... I cant even tell you with my mouth...

But raghav snatches that packet and opens it... Their were some photos in that packet... raghav looks at the photo and gets shock...

In one photo kalpi was in raghav's arms and her hands were around his neck and her face was resting on his chest...

In second photo raghav was on top of kalpi and was kissing her on her neck and kalpi's hands were wrapped on his back..

In third photo kalpi was hugging raghav and his hands were on her back and she was only in the bedsheet and raghav was without shirt...

Kamal and gauri too looks at the photo and gets shock... Vitthal and pakya too came to see the photos... All were shocked to see the photos...

Raghav was about to say something when gauri slaps him and says...

Gauri: What is this raghav... You and kalpi.. How you both can cheat us... We have loved you as our own child and what you did...

She then walks to kalpi and says..

Gauri: Why kalpi... Why you did this... I have always consider you as my daughter.. If you both have loved each other to bata dete We would have married you both but yeh sab...

Prem: I think maa she wanted both of us... She wanted me as her husband and bhai for extra marital affair...

Raghav fumes and slaps prwm and says..

Raghav: Just shut up prem... That night was just a mistake.. We both were drunk that's it... She loves you a lot prem...

Prem smiles sadly and says..

Prem: No bhai... She don't loves me.. If she would have loved me than she would have told me the truth...

Kalpi: prem i'm going to..

Prem: Stop it kalpi.. Now don't tell me that you were going to tell me the truth... I just hate you and I am sure tumne hi bhai ko fasaya hoga...

Raghav: prem enough... She is not at fault in all this...

Prem: Waah bhai now you will take her side na... I just don't want to talk to you and I don't want to marry...

Raghav: Don't do this prem... She will be broken from inside... She loves you a lot...

Prem: No bhai I cant marry a girl who has spent a night with some other guy...

Saying this prem left from their..

Kamala sits on the chair getting shock and vitthal and kalpi comes to her...

kalpi: aai...

Kamala removes her hand and says..

Kamala: What you have done kalpi.. You have ruined us... Now how we will face the society... What will be your future.. Who will marry you...

kalpi: Maa mein wo... Please baba tell aai na that I was...

Vitthal: No kalpi... this time you are wrong and I cant do anything... You have made our life a living hell...

Raghav: Uncle nothing will happen like that... I will marry kalpi and that too now...

Everyone gets shock and looks at raghav..

Raghav: Yes... I know that kalpi and I was not at fault as we both were drunk but if you guys think that we have committed a sin than I will correct that by marrying kalpi...

Kamala and vitthal both looks at raghav...

Kamala : raghav baba...

Raghav: Yes aunty I will marry her...

Kamala and vitthal gives him permission and kalpi also agreed to this marriage for her family...

They sit in the mandap and after few hours they were announced as husband and wife...
