Once upon a time in the town of Romania..
Silence had filled in the place she called her home.. technically that part.. the store room... was the only place in the big house that belonged to her..
"Kalpi when will you grow up.. atleast now you should start to learn to sleep by yourself.. without me reading these stories for you..", the maid fondly called as kika (reverse of kaki) by Kalpi said while entering the room... the woman was in her late 50s ... she looked pale by body yet her wrinkled face had a different glow.. the glow that never made Kalpi feel like she had no parents... that she had someone who was her own..
Placing her head on her folded legs Kalpi kept looking at her kika who was busy taking out the usual fairytale book... this was their daily routine.. after the torture by the witch of the house.. that's what Kalpi called her step-mom ... at night it always just used to be about her dreams.. her fantasies of having a prince charming in her life...

"And they lived happily ever after...", Kika said as she ended the story.. Kalpi had fallen asleep with her head on Kika's lap... She lovingly stroked it and sent a silent prayer," May you too get one prince, my princess"... Carefully placing Kalpi's head on the ground Kika got up to leave ...
Minutes later Kalpi's peaceful sleep broke with the horse's sound... "Not again...", Kalpi groaned...
Flashback
Again in the night she heard the horse's sound and this time she was gonna go and see what actually was happening there in the shed... Kalpi got up from the bed and made her way out of the window... Climbing onto a stool she jumped out of the window...
Kalpi was just about to walk towards the shed but then she turned back and picked the bamboo stick lying there.. "Just in case..", she mumbled and started walking towards the shed..
"Who are you??", an eight-year old girl holding a stick asked the hooded guy who was busy feeding the horse.. "Stay away from Tesoro..", she said while holding the stick high near his neck..
While removing his hood off from his head the guy said," Oh that's his name.. beautiful..".. "Didn't you hear me?? Stay away from tesoro and he'll not..", Kalpi was about to say that her horse does not eat from stranger's hands but stopped midway seeing that the horse was eating the grass fed to him..
"Hi I'm Raghav", the guy said while extending his hand.. Kalpi lowered her stick and placed it on the ground pressing it with her both hands with her face turned away.. "That's pretty rude you know..", Raghav said while lovingly brushing the horse's crest.. Mockingly Kalpi replied," Look who's talking.. the guy who feeding MY horse in MY shed without MY permission.."..
"Ok so that's your problem.. fine I'll ask your permission.. Ms... umm.. ok ..Ms.Cranky can I feed your horse??", Kalpi glared at him on hearing him call her Ms.Cranky.. but before she opened her mouth to say something she saw Raghav pick up some grass to feed tesoro.. "Ok stop.. you'll make his stomach burst.."...Kalpi said as she walked towards and held his hand to stop him.. "Oh.. no.. actually he needs to be fed properly coz I am taking him on a long ride..", saying so Raghav winked at her..
He was just about to hop on the horse when Kalpi picked up the stick she had placed on the ground.. and before she could hit him he defended using another stick which was placed nearby and soon they got in a stife...
"He needs rest Raghav", Kalpi said in a sleepy tone while walking in rubbing her eyes.. Raising an eyebrow he looked at the girl standing at the door.. his Ms.Cranky and now his best friend.. "Liar.. not tessy but you want that rest.. but I'm not gonna listen to you.. atleast not today.. you know its a big day for me and you're the only one I have..", Kalpi walked upto Raghav and held his face in her hand.. "Its ok .. I'll go alone today..", Raghav said and turned away to leave only to find his hand tugged... "I'll change and come", Kalpi said and left.. Raghav smiled widely on hearing that.. Alas she can never say no to him..
Precap- The big blow from Raghav's sword made Prince Samar's sword fly away and in moments Raghav was surrounded by soldiers...
P.S Again telling this add arpitak for pms.. Sorry for typo mistakes
This part maybe a lil confusing but its just to introduce Raghav and Kalpi.. Doubts will be cleared in next part ..
