Was bit busy past few days as my mom wasn't well but luckily she's fine now so will start with regular updates now..
I have no idea how job interviews are conducted so please just assume some stuff even if you think its illogical..
And sorry for keeping it bit short but you'll soon know why..

"You did it didn't you??", Sammy came in my cabin with that obvious frown while I smirked behind the file covering my face..
Flashback
"Yes cut that one.. Its the fuel pipe..", Ramu kaka looked at me with uncertainty but I assured him," Sammy won't know you did it so just do it.."..."Not getting away so easily this time little brother", I thought..
Placing the file down I leaned back on my chair and said," Gone are the days when you never had to face any consequences for creating problems for me".. "What??", Sammy asked me confused as if he didn't know but his expressions gradually changed when I started telling him what happened yesterday..
"You know its a habit..", he tried to explain but I just shrugged. Before our conversation could go on Mrs.Rai came in with some work.
--- Kalpana's POV ---
I looked around at the other candidates sitting with me, just then my phone buzzed.. It was a text from Paakhi..
Best of luck.. you'll surely get that job..
And please don't keep worrying..
I smiled on the last line, how much she knows me.. This job was the best chance I had, to get back my business.
Flashback
Previous day
"Here, you check in the newspaper, I'll check on the internet", and with that me and Paakhi got on to finding jobs for me.. I was surfing on the internet while Paakhi looked through the classifieds murmuring aloud,"Education, Astrology.. Got it Employment!! Hmm.. Receptionist.. Call cent..", her voice faded as I looked through various sites and few minutes after that Paakhi came bouncing," Di check this out", and read the clipping of the required..
Looking at my puzzled face she nudged at my elbow," What are you thinking?? I've heard that its a good company.. U know dad he keeps talking business", she said explaining," You have the required qualifications and plus the salary is great, you can easily work out your plan if you work here.. Just apply..".. "But what if this time too I'll not get it?? Like the others I interviewed for today??".. "You will, trust me", she assured me..
"Kalpana Jadhav", one of the employees called out my name and I got up to go in..Deep breathe and good luck to me..
--- Raghav's POV ---
"Kalpana Jadhav", I found myself going back to that file of rsums again.. What if she gets the job? She in my office and Sammy hovering over my head," Bhai apologise, bhai don't give her so much work, bhai do this , bhai don't do that", hell I won't even would get to be my assistant's boss..
At first for a split second a thought did cross my mind that I should just not let her.. Oh scratch that.. I don't care if she gets job or not, even if it means taping my brother's mouth..
--- Kalpana's POV ---
"Well that wasn't bad", I thought coming out of the cabin.. Another one of the employees instructed us to take a break so I went down to the cafeteria..
"One coffee please..", I ordered and opened my purse to pay when I saw my cell phone screen lit.. Grabbing the coffee cup I got seated on of the corner seats and took out of my cell phone. 8 missed calls.. Who??.. Paakhi .. This girl just has no patience..
I called her back and just after the first ring she picked up and her questions began," How did it go?? Were you nervous?? Just don't worry..", I could feel her worry seep in her voice while she kept saying it'll be fine.. "Paakhi.. Paakhi.. Breathe.. It was fine.. First of all you stop worrying", I tried calming her,"They asked questions, I answered and well all in all I think it went good in fact maybe even great.. Now I just have to wait.. They said they'll give the appointment letter today itself .".."Good luck again", she said before ending the call.. Fingers crossed Kalpi.
--- Raghav's POV ---
"So?? Which are the best candidates??", I asked Mr.Seth.. "Sir, for your convenience we've sorted top five, in case you wanted to interview them and then select.. They are Harsh..".. "No need..", I said cutting in," Just hire the best one"..
"But sir.. It'll be better of you do it.. The person will be working with you most of the time", he reasoned but I decided to stick to my word," No.. You'll be choosing and to help you I'll let you know what I want in my assistant, the person should be very hardworking, extremely diligent and most importantly let them know that they'll be having a really short-tempered boss, keep the last bit for the last, I don't want to scare away the good ones ..", I instructed.. Fingers crossed Raghav..
--- Kalpana's POV ---
We five were looking at each other's faces as we sat before the person who had conducted our interviews.. He told us that we were the best ones and now was the part where we get to choose..
"You may have to work on odd hours, even on weekends.. Your boss always wants perfection and may even take drastic steps if the work is not to his liking.. You will have to handle a lot of workload as your boss keeps minimal contact with other staff.. And also just so you know he's a bit short-tempered too.. Now you've to decide..if you can't agree with these conditions then you may leave", he said..
The two other girls with me left and now it was just me and two guys.. "Hmm.. So out of you three.. Ms.Jadhav you're our best pick so congratulations.."
Yess!!! I got it!!
--- Raghav's Pov ---
"Sir, I hired Ms.Kalpana Jadhav", Mr.Seth informed me and I couldn't help but sigh.. Just had to be her :(..
Well.. Whatever..
So.. Its a new start.. Shubh aarambh.. And so I had to stop here, will try to update next part soon..
