Chapter 1:
It was morning. Kalpana woke up and stretched her arms and yawned for a bit to get rid of her morning laziness. She got up from her bed and fixed it immediately as she does not wan't to get late for college.She went to the bathroom to freshen up. After 15 minutes, She is done thus, she is making her way downstairs to join others for breakfast.
"Kalpi beta jaldi aajao varna aap college ke liye late hojaoge" (Kalpi come fast otherwise you'll be late for college) Said Vitthal from downstairs.
"Aayi, bass do minat"(Just wait, Im coming after two minutes) Screamed Kalpana from upstairs.
As always, It'll be Vitthal who would talk to Kalpana and ask her about her studies, Because Kamla does not care for Kalpi. She treats her like an outsider. Since Kalpana was 10, She knew about the truth. That she is not Kamla's daughter. But Manda's. Kalpana sometimes cries because she wants so see her mom, But thinking of seeing her, It's too impossible because she's in Heaven right now. Her soul is resting in peace.

"Ma! Bataiye na! Ap mujhsye itni naraaz kyon ho? Mene kyaa kiya hai aapke saath?" (Mom, Why are you always so angry at me? What did I do to you? Tell me!) Told Kalpana while crying tears of sadness.
Vitthal was trying to stop her at that time. But she was so curious and fed up that she wants to know the reason why she dislikes her.
Kalpana kept irritating Kamla by asking such questions and when atlast, Kamla got fed up and screamed at her..
"Mein Tumhaari Eye nhi hoon! Suna tumne, MEIN TUMHAARI EYE NHI HOON!" (Im not your mother! Have you heared it? I AM NOT YOUR MOTHER!) Screamed Kamla infront of her face.
The moment Kalpi heared Kamla saying this, It was as if her heart skipped a beat. She became numb, And tears streamed down from her face. She cannot believe what she had just heared.
"Kyaa?" (What!?) Said Kalpana in disbelief.
"Haan, yehi sachai hai Kalpana. Tum meri beti nahi hai. Tum Vithhal aur Manda ki beti hai. Tumhaari Aayi Manda ek durghatana mein mar gayi thi." (Yes, This is the truth. You are not my daughter. You are Vithal and Manda's daughter. Your mom Manda died in a car accident)
Hearing the truth coming out from Kamla's mouth, Kalpana can't stop crying. She cried a lot. Kamla was kind of feeling bad for her.
Vitthal cannot see her Rajkumari (Princess) crying like that so he hugged her and tried to make her stop from crying.
Kalpana- (Still Crying) Baba... (Dad)
Vitthal- Bass beta, Ro mat, Please beta..Tum apni baba ki rajkumari hai na? Rajkumariyaan rote nhi hai beta. Aur yeh aansu aap pe achi nhi lagti. Isiliye chup ho jao aur aaja Baba ke paas.
(Stop it my child, Don't cry, Please beta, Your my princess right? Prnicesses don't cry. And these tears don't suit you. So, Hush and come here with me)..
(FLASHBACK ENDS)
Tears where streaming down from Kalpi's face. She also wants to have a mother who will protect her, A mother who she can share everything with, Her happiness, Sadness. A mother who'll give her immense love. But, She does not really feel bad about her and Kamla's situation because she's not, In any way related to her. She is living in the house just because of Vithal.
Kalpana had ate her breakfast. She's now off to her College. It's her first three months in Mumbai college of Engineering. She's in her First year. She goes to college by foot because it is just 3 kilometers away from her residence. She does not want to waste money on Auto rickshaw or cycle rickshaw. She knows how to Save money and saves every bit of money she has.
Kalpana has reached college. As always, Sheena would play pick a boo with her and will just surprise her anytime. Sometimes Sheena will wear a scary mask to scare her.
Kalpana: (Scared and taking a deep breath) Sheena! I'll kill you! Why do you always have to give me a heart attack Huh?
Sheena: (Laughs) Oh come on bestie! It's not like you will die. And never ever talk to me about death! Don't you know Im soo scared of Death?
Kalpana:Ok I won't talk about it. Ab khush? (Now happy?)
Sheena: Okay!
Sheena grabbed her bestie's adorable kissable cheeks and kissed it.
As always she finds Kalpana adorable.
Both of them were walking in the hallway. All of a sudden they heared everyone making noises, And there was a huge crowd in the centre.
Sheena: Chalo yaar, Dekhte hai vahan kyaa hai? (Come girl! Let's see what's there.)
Kalpana: Rehendo na yaar. Aap khamakha apni vakht barbaad kr rhe ho. ( Forget it Girl! You're just wasting your time)
Sheena: Come on yaar let's go!
Kalpana was nothing infront of Sheena. She's very stubborn. So she had no choice but to follow each and every step of hers. It was so crowdy that they can't even see anything. It was like a huge stampede.
Kalpana's POV
Now I'll kill that person who's behind this stupid stampede! Is this a college or a fishmarket!? Well, I have a feeling it might be a VIP in our college..Hmm..Let me guess...Maybe the Chancellor's son..
Kalpana heared some girls from behind who were gossiping about the "Stampede Makers"
Girl1: OH MY GOD! It's Raghav Singhania!! OMG!! He's back with a bang! Omg! I'll faint.
Girl2: OMG! And his friend Samar is also there with him..
OMG! Two hotties in our college!!
Kalpana was eager to know who they are so she asked those girls-
Kalpi: Hey girls, Who are they? and why is everyone so excited to see them?
Girl1: ARE YOU NUTS? The guy who's wearing a blue jersey jacket is Raghav Singhania. His father owns Singhania Enterprises. He owns an empire worth 1000 Crore. Can you believe it?
Kalpana: (With a Whatever look) So?
Girl2: So what!? He has a lot of money girl plus a steaming body with eight packs. And who doesn't want to have a rich Dude. He's every girl's dream!
Kalpana: And what about the second one?
Both Girl1 & Girl2: Oh! He's Samar aka Sammy. He's rich too. plus Hot! But I like Raghav more.
Kalpana: (Saying to herself) Gold diggers
Girl1 &2 :What?!
Kalpana: Nothing..
Kalpana walks away from there. Raghav and Samar were passing by the lane where Kalpana was standing alone. Kalpana noticed that both of them need a huge lane to pass through. So she stood at the a corner. She noticed Raghav staring at her. She also stared at him..A weird stare.
Raghav: Hey Sammy, Do you see that girl wearing a blue top? She's so pretty!
Sammy: Yeah I saw her..But, She's a freshman.
Raghav: So what! She's pretty! And she looks interesting.
Sammy: Raghav! It's time for class now. We will see her later..
Raghav nodded his head saying yes..

Classes are over. It's lunch break now. As always, Kalpana won't eat lunch and instead, Will do her homework so that she will be free at home. She's sitting at one of the college campuses near the canteen.
Raghav and Sammy just ate their lunch and were about to leave the college. Then, at the way, Raghav spotted that beautiful girl again. That girl with doe eyes, A dusky complexion that fully complemented her. That was the first time he saw such a beautiful girl ever in his life.
"Hey Sammy! Look at that beautiful girl Sitting over there. Isn't she beautiful?" Said Raghav admiring her while she's studying her textbook.
"Which Girl?" Asked Sammy.
"The one who's holding a paper and a pen silly! Just look at the way she's studying. She looks so calm. And doesn't she have any friends? Why is she sitting all by herself?" Asked Raghav
"Well, Isn't she that girl who was giving you a weird stare a while a go? Hmm..So looks like you're infatuated by her huh?..Ok Why don't you go by yourself and ask her. Afterall, You have the reputation of being a "Jock" in this college." Said Sammy.
Raghav nodded his head and decided to go for it. He wants to know more about her.
Raghav went towards the college campus where Kalpana is sitting and asked her-
"Hey beautiful, Wanna go with me on a date?"
Hearing this, Kalpana looked up and saw the "Stampede maker no.1 Raghav Singhaina"..
Kalpana: You?
Raghav: Yes me, So, Beautiful, Do you wanna go on a date with me?
Kalpana: If you think that I am like other girls in this college then you're mistaken Mr. Singhania!
Kalpana left from there and what she just said made Raghav smile.
This was Raghav's plan to test Kalpana. If she's like other girls or not. Raghav knows that the girl's who are behind her are all Gold diggers. But after this test, This made Raghav to believe that Kalpana is not a simple girl, She'll bring happiness in his life.
