I guess he is surprised how Suhana is not like the Suhana he knew earlier.

Suhana went to help an unknown old lady, she ordered Indian food and was also feeling slightly consious with her dress while sitting at the restaurant. All seem to be opposite of what the Real Suhana used to be.

and partly, TV show bloopers very famous in shows - laws, medical reasons etc. etc.

New replacements/faces post plastic surgery etc. bear little or no resemblance to previous ones - be it voice or face or behaviour.

Blood groups of the same person changes as per whoever needs blood in the show

Marriages, murders, etc. etc. become a game. Zee is a pro in this now!
