Raghav's 2 shots now increased to 4. But that night it wasn't he who was supposed to be drunk. He realised that when he saw Kalpana walking towards him with her feet stumbling. He blinked & rubbed his eyes a bit to ensure that what his eyes discerned was the truth or not. Perhaps he realised it was the truth when he felt an anti-alcoholic Kalpana standing at a less than an arm's distance with her head resting on his chest. She wouldnt have had done such a thing in her senses. He looked around & saw Riya looking wickedly at an inebriated Kalpana. He quickly understood that she was behind it.

She was continuously mumbling some crap & snuggling her head into Raghav's hard-rock chest. He smiled a bit as his ever-composed & etiquette-particular fake wife was behaving like a kid. His resolve of staying away from her didn't take time to break when he saw Kalpana in that state. She was rather looking cute ...but the problem arised with the thing that followed

K : (unclear, but clear enuf for him to understand) O hello Mr. Raghav Singhaniya !!

He couldn't help, but look at her with sheer amusement !

R :um... Kalpana I think we shud leave !

K : (cranky tone) Y ?? Weren't u the 1 who dragged me to the dance floor. & now u r taking me home !! I want to dance Raghav. (happily)U noe ...I always loved to dance, but then ... (pause) I left dancing. It's after so many years that I have danced & I enjoyed sooo much (spreading her arms).

Mrs. Mathur : I'm so sorry Mr. Singhaniya for this state of ur wife. It's all coz of the bartender.

But an immediate Riya's smirk who stood behind Mrs Mathur was evident enuf to tell that she was the culprit. It was an attempt to degrade Kalpana's social status as there were full chances of her saying something she shouldnt. But why fear when hubby Raghav is here

R : (pulling Kalpana protectively towards himself & glaring at Riya) O its fine Mrs Mathur. My wife is independent & strong enough to manage such petty things. Besides with me by her side, she has no reasons to worry at all. Now please excuse us !

Riya's face was worth watching when he said that. She was already jealous of Kalpana due to her perfection at work. & now, after getting a proof of her successful personal life as well, she might just end up catching fire due to her own jealousy !!

Raghav encircled his one arm around Kalpana's shoulder & held her hand by the other. Once they had exited the venue, Raghav quickly got her into the car & headed home ...their home !! She kept disturbing Raghav throughout the drive. She kept asking him stupid questions & pulling his cheeks now & then. The poor thing could do nothing as there were no chances of her listening to him

K : (once again pulling his cheek) U r soo cute Singhaniya !

Raghav with a what the expression on his face. He was used to being called handsome, hot etc. But cute ??

R : Shuttup !!

K : (nodding to herself) chkchkchk...egoistic cute fake husband !

Saying so her body finally lost its consciousness as she fell asleep. There Raghav kept wondering as he kept on checking himself in the mirror & finally drawing the conclusion.

R POV : Naa... The woman's mad !! I'm not cute . But does she think I'm cute ??

His own thoughts made him blush a bit. But the very next second when his ego empowered

R POV : No Raghav ...u have to stay away from her. She's a part of ur life only for the next 3 months. U shouldn't have time for all this crap !!

But Kalpana's presence in the car , that to right beside him was affecting the firmness of those thoughts.

They finally reached home. He carried her to her room. It was for the first time that he was entering her room after their marriage. He lay her asleep body on the bed. As he was about to leave his eyes fell on the lights around. He switched some of them as he was well aware abt Kalpana's phobia.

The next morning, the very first thing he saw was Kalpana standing infront of him. For a man who loved his wife that wud be the world's most blissful thing to happen. But things were different in their case, how cud it be typical if they themselves are ppl out of the world. She stood there with her hands crossed & anger in her eyes.

R : What are u doing in my room ...that to so early morning ?

K : (showing him the newspaper) What the hell is this?

The newspaper had the pictures of them at the party the night b4. They had smartly published only those where Kalpana & raghav were too close i.e. Some from the dance & some when Raghav was holding onto a drunk Kalpana. For outsiders those pics seemed to be of 2 lovebirds who were deeply in love with each other.

R : So ? It's good na ! Now that Riya won't say anythung to u ...

K : Oo god !! Raghav ... Why on earth wud I care for that Riya. I'm used to her ! But what I'm not used to is lieing to my aai. Already I am hiding the truth abt our marriage. U noe ...she's so excited abt these pictures that she has called me atleast 20 times since morning to express that. She has started questioning me on our children also. Just imagine what wud happen to her after 3 months. We shud not let their hopes rise Raghav. That dinner was a different thing. If we show a high compatibilty, that to of this level things might be very tough for us during the divorce !! They will have to feel that we are striking opposites

Raghav now exactly understood what she meant. Indeed she was right. He then noticed that, that was the similar case with his family as well when he saw Paakhi's missed calls on his phone. Even Maya's messages which were playfully taunting him for his hatred for girls.

R : (like a confused child on seeing the missed calls & Kalpana's worried face as he knew he was responsible for all of it) Ab kya kareein ??

K : (after a moment of thought, she smirked ) Jhagda !!
