You are replacing Rachana, who was immensely loved as Kalpi, so do you think this will be a challenge for you to step into the shoe of an already established actor?
Well while finalizing the show, I very well knew that it will definitely be a huge challenge Since I will be replacing an already established actress who is immensely loved by the audience so I was quite prepared for it.

Lots of EMA fans are not happy with these recent developments so any thing you want to say to them?
I completely understand what they are feeling right now but this was completely on the channel and production house's hands, I just accepted the offer and if not me then there would have been some other actress doing this role.

"I have waited for the right script as nothing could excite me so far, probably that is the reason that I didn't take up anything till now but when I heard the future script of EMA as Zee wants to revamp the show, I got quite excited as this one was very different from my character of Purvi also the add on was offcourse Zee TV itself."

Love this interview. She is such a sweetheart. She knew what she was jumpomg into. Love how asha always has a positive outlook on things. I have full faith that she will rock in the new role. I just hope the creatives stick to what they offerred and dont disappoint us.
