If they had to end Ragna, it had already ended on the marriage day of Rakhi. They did not yet officially end Ragna so still having hope.

Well i dont think c ill kno abt sindoor merg...kamla ill tell her that c appllied name coz need to do paper work...n poo ill convinced i m sure..if c knew abt sindoor mergthen also kamla make sure n give bhasan abt ligal rista n poo ill realise that her rista is ligal n ill cont her sati savitri drama..on other side kalpi promise not to meet raghav so ill not com i front of him..so basically rakhi on d way for more torture...

The article says that Pakhi will come to know about Ragna's marriage. Also, when Pakhi realizes that Raghav secretly married Kalpana, she will be shattered and Kamla telling her anything will not leave any hope for her. She has seen that Kalpi put sindoor on her head the earlier day. Even if it is illegal, she knows that Raghav does not love her and only considers her as a friend.
