Unfortunately, fairness is overrated in Indian telly...I hav seen in many shows,thy always show that dusky people r ugly and the leads marry them only because they hav heart of gold, which is very regressive...there r many dusky people who r absolutely beautiful but Indian telly never appreciate the natural beauties...

But I was pleasantly surprised when they casted Rachna our dusky beauty for Kalpana's role(Lead role)...And she is a beautiful and a very talented actress...Pookhi looks attractive and beautiful but that doesn't help her in claiming herself as a lead...to be a lead, u need to hav acting skills too...but Shirina can only smile, other than that she falls flat in every scene with anyone she shares the screen with...this is the truth...

For me, she is not a lead...never can be...she can't carry the whole series with her brilliant acting(pun intended)...

She is fair.. She always shows her 32 teeth.. She wears sarees tht are way too transparent.. She wears them too low.. She exposes most of her skin.. She forces herself upon the guy who hates her to the core.. If you ask me, she is perfect for a VAMP but first, she needs to learn acting.

she is positively gray character of the show along with kamla and they bother together sunk EMA boat
