Finally! I caught up with this amazing story! I love Vihaan and Kalpi but I also feel so sorry for rags! It's wasn't his fault all this happened! It's too sad! I wish rags and Kalpi get back together! But I will feel sad for Vihaan! Waitng for your next awesome update! Tks so much

Part 32:

Kalpi was alone in the house, more restless than ever before. Even though she had slept late after yesterday's party, she was awake at the first crack of dawn. Even though she had been very tired her sleep had been fitful.

Thoughts of yesterday's party just kept flooding her head. She remembered all the moments vividly, but the one moment when Vihaan had enveloped her in his arms just kept on making a reappearance in her mind at short intervals. She and Vihaan had hugged each other before, but most of the hugs were friendly hugs or hugs of support. But for the first time Kalpi had felt stirrings of something more than friendship when he had hugged her yesterday. She had never wanted that embrace to end and when they had separated she had felt a strange sense of loss. The whole feeling had scared her no end and when she had gone back to the washroom she had had to work hard to regain her composure.

She had felt shy on entering the party again and had gone out of the way to avoid Vihaan. She had circulated among the guests in the party alongside Vihaan's mom. In this way, she had avoided a lot of unpleasantness which she had faced from the guys. She had felt a strange sense of bonding with Vihaan's mom and she had loved being in her company. She had watched her with the guests and was awed by her poise and grace. Vihaan's mom was epitome of what a classy lady should be like and Kalpi could not but be impressed.

She could also recollect vividly the exact moment when Mr.Malhotra announced that they would be going back to the original departments. Working with the team and Vihaan had totally made her forget, that she had just been temporarily assigned to this unit and she had go back to Malhotra Constructions. She could still recollect the intense feeling of sadness she experienced at that moment. She thought she would miss the team, but she realized it was Vihaan who she would miss the most. She was really scared about losing Vihaan from her life. He and Neha had been with her through her darkest days and she knew that Neha would still be there for her, but she needed Vihaan. It was only Vihaan's positivity that had allowed her to come out as a much more positive and confident person, after her relationship breakdown. Her heart kept on chanting that she could not lose Vihaan's friendship, her mind not accepting that it was not Vihaan's friendship that she was craving but something else.

She had said goodbye to all the team members and promised to keep in touch and when the time to say goodbye to Vihaan had come she had felt decidedly weepy. She could not look him in eye, as she was sure it would cause her to totally meltdown. "Vihaan, thanks for everything. I enjoyed every moment of working with you and I have learnt so much from you. I am going to miss you", she said. Even to her ears her words sounded so inadequate. How could she even explain in words what his friendship had even meant to her and how much she dreaded losing it? Suddenly she felt his strong arms on grabbing her shoulders and she looked up and saw intense anger in his eyes, "You will miss me. Is that what you are saying? Where do you think I am going? Do you not want to meet me again? Do you think everything ends today? Does our relationship mean so little to you?" he shouted angrily. Suddenly she felt herself getting pushed away and she saw Vihaan walking away angrily from the room. "It is not that you mean so little, it is just that you mean so much. I can't bear to lose you", she mouthed silently. She was absolutely shocked by the intensity of her own feelings and that made her speechless.

All these thoughts were still in her mind after she woke up in the morning and she could not concentrate on anything.

Vihaan himself had not slept a wink, as the beautiful face of Kalpana had haunted him throughout the night.

He really hated himself for man-handling Kalpana and ending the night at such an ugly note. But he had totally lost it, when she bid him goodbye. It was as if someone had ripped off his heart from this body.

He wondered if Kalpana had any feelings for him or was she still in love with Raghav. He was at a stage in his life, where even a moment's separation from her was unbearable and here she was talking about going away from him.

Vihaan Malhotra who was the one of the most supremely confident guys, was suddenly ravaged with all kinds of self-doubt and insecurities, but finally he made a decision to open up about his feelings to Kalpana.

You write so beautifully, I wait for your updates now this vihaan part is great keep it up.
