Part-3

There was clg fest in Kalpi's college & the cheif guest was Raghav. Kalpi was very eager to meet Raghav once again. Raghav reached the college. Pakhi was also present at the event she was invited by Kalpi & was very excited to meet raghav as she always found him very dashing & charming when she read his articles in magazines & newspapers. But as She noticed this sudden unusual excitement in kalpi & she asked about it. Kalpi told her how raghav saved her from goons on the party night after she left the party.

Pakhi: OMG Raghav saved your life u must be feeling very special.

Kalpi: (trying to hide her cute smile & biting her lower lip slightly)umm...not actually. Because you know I could have managed even if he would have not come.

Pakhi: ohh really... Comm'on kalpi stop hiding that smile & please accept that my superstar saved ur life.

Kalpi: Oh shut up Pakhi. come on lets go inside the event is about to start.

They left and headed towards the hall. Raghav was seated and Kalpi was staring at him. Raghav knew that she was staring at him but he ignored. Kalpi saw couples on the ramp in wedding attire she remembered her wedding day. A tear flickered down her cheeks & the memories of her wedding day started haunting her again. She closed her eyes & removed the tear with her hand before anyone could see it. Pakhi was continously calling Kalpi but she didn't responded. finally kalpi opened her eyes & her gaze fell upon smiling raghav sitting in just front of her. That's when Raghav incidently looked at kalpi. Seeing this, kalpi smiled & waved her hand saying hii slowly. But with an expressionless face raghav just looked away at ramp where show was going on. Kalpi felt this a bit strange but before she could have understood anything she heard pakhi's voice.

Pakhi: Kalpi are you alright. Its time for the show to end remember??

Kalpi: yes. Kalpi then hit her head with her hand and said that she had to give the gifts to the guests...

The ramp show came to an end it was time for Raghav to leave. Kalpi again tried to speak to Raghav while giving gifts...

Kalpi: Raghav I wanted...Raghav interupted...

Raghav: why do everybody want something from me??

Kalpi(angrily): excuse me...

Raghav: (playfully)excused you...now tell me what do u want from me..

Kalpi: I don't want anything from you I just wanted to thank you for that day as you saved me.

Raghav: ohh..so you want a WELCOME from me??

Kalpi: Now I dont even wan't to thank you.

Raghav (to himself): Attitude haan...I like it...

Kalpi: Mr.Raghav Sinhania this is your gift..thanks for joining us. She said with a fake smile & just banged the gift at the table and left from there annoyed.

Raghav smiled (to himself): iss ladki ko satane mai bada maza aata hai (its lot of fun to trouble this girl). Looks more beautiful while she is angry.

She moved towards the other guests to give them their gifts & then returned back to where pakhi was standing.

Kalpi to Pakhi..

Kalpi: your superstar is very arrogant & mean. Aai said correct about him that he is rude.

Pakhi:ohooo..someone is angry...

Kalpi: Angry..??Very very angry..!!

Pakhi: whatever..I dont care if he is rude...I still love him...

Kalpi was feeling like killing Pakhi bcoz she said that she loves Raghav. she then thought that why is she feeling jealous. Did she started feeling something for Raghav. The event came to an end everyone left even Raghav & Pakhi. Kalpi was still in the hall winding up her work. There were few designs on the table. Kalpi was thinking about Raghav. Then she thought why was she thinking about Raghav & why was she feeling jealous when Pakhi said that she loves Raghav. She just wanted to forget about Raghav and thought of calling her aai(Kamla) and informing her that she would be late. But before she could have called, she got a call. it was Kamla.

Kamla: Kalpi when are you coming home beta??

Kalpi: in an hour..

Kamla: ok me & your dad is going out to attend a wedding in pune & we will be back by tomorrow. Actually It was all planned suddenly so telling you the last moment. Sorry beta..

Kalpi: but aai i cant stay alone...

Kamla: dont worry Pakiya will be at home. & yes he is in an important photoshoot right now so please inform him that we have left for wedding. Bye take care..

Kalpi: okk bye aai & enjoy the wedding...

Kalpi left the hall after 1hr. she came out and was waiting for the taxi.

Kalpi(to herself): oh God the event got over around 2:00pm and its 4:00pm now.

there was no one on the road. a taxi passed by, she shouted 'taxi' but it didn't stop. suddenly she saw raghav at the other side of road standing outside his car folding his hands & a small smile prevailing at his face.

Kalpi: Raghav..here & that too now...she said that and then went towards other side of road now facing him...

Kalpi: what r u doing here...?

Raghav (with a mischevious smile on his face): mere marzi (my wish) kyun kya ye road tumhari hai jo mai yahan khada nahi reh sakta(why..is this road yours so why can't i stand here)

Kalpi: what the hell. you are so annoying.

Raghav: mmm..hmmm...

Kalpi: you are jusy so arrogant. she said that and turned towards the other side not facing him. But then Kalpi's phone rang...

Kalpi:hello dada...

Pakiya: haan Kalpu where are you...?

Kalpi: dada i am still near the college. & aai and baba had to go for a wedding suddenly so they left for pune.

Pakiya: ohh is that so?? But I called to tell you that i have got an important photo shoot i need to do it today so can you manage alone tonight...?

Kalpi: dada you know i can't be alone. Right??

Pakiya: I know kaplu. you call Pakhi to stay with you tonight...

Kalpi: ya ok..best of luck for your shoot...

Pakiya: thank you & lock the gate properly at night..byee...

Kalpi disconnected the call, turned towards Raghav again and saw him staring at her.

Kalpi: what...?

Raghav: nothing...

Kalpi: are you waiting for ur someone?? raghav looked here & there to think of some answer but then kalpi said "your girlfriend??"

Raghav(his eyes welled up): I dont have any girlfriend.

Kalpi: ummm...well thats something that i can't belive.

Raghav(pretending to ask a question to himself): does your believing or not believing even matter to me?? Hmm...I guess no.

Seeing this kalpi got really irritated.

Kalpi: Raghav people say right about u...but Raghav interupted..

Raghav: that i am handsome and dashing.

Kalpi remembered that pakhi said her the same words for him at event but then denyingly says

Kalpi: ji nahi(no). they say that you are rude. they think so correct about you.

Raghav: I dont care what they think about me because right now I just want to know what you think about me.

He started moving towards Kalpi and Kalpi moved back . finally moving back slowly she hit the car. he came close to her. she tried to move towards right he kept his hand on the car. she tried to move towards left he kept his another hand on the car. she cant escape now.

Raghav: what do you think about me kalpana..??

Kalpi closed her eyes...

Raghav: Kalpana i am waiting for your answer ...

Kalpi: Raghav i i i i...

Raghav: I what Kalpana..??

Kalpi: Raghav i think...

Raghav: you think what...

Kalpi: i think that...

Raghav: hurry up damn it...

Kalpi:Raghav i think i should leave...

saying that she pushed Raghav and moved away. Raghav was smiling.

Raghav: come i will drop u home...

Kalpi: I will go in a taxi...

Raghav: oh come on. you wont get a taxi over here i will drop you.

Kalpi: umm..ok ...

They reached Jadav's mansion. Kalpi got down of the car and came to his side...

Kalpi: soo...mmm...

Raghav:sooo??

Kalpi: sooo i will leave.

Raghav: yeah bye...

Kalpi left but Raghav was still staring at her. she went near the door and then she hit her head with her hand.

Kalpi (to herself): you are such an idiot kalpi.. twice he came to drop you but you didn't even invited him for a coffee & not even asked him to come inside.

She turned and ran towards the main gate. She was relaxed to see him there in his car still. She went near him.

Kalpi: Thank god u are still here.

Raghav (jokingly): Why?? is there any lion inside who is very hungry?? Wait...Don't say now you want me to become his FEAST or should i DIII...Kalpi didnt allow him to complete his sentence. she kept her hand on his mouth.

Kalpi: stop your rubbish. I just wanted to invite you for a coffee .she removed her hand.

Raghav: really you want me to come??

Kalpi: yes of course if you are free...

Raghav:ok...

Raghav and Kalpi entered the Jadav's mansion. Raghav was stunned to see such a huge and well furnished house.

Raghav: are you sure this is your house??

Kalpi: yes..

Raghav : ohh got it.. so you work over here...Right??

Hearing this Kalpi gave him a bit annoyed look raising her eyebrows making him realize what he said just now. But seeing cute, mischevious smile on raghav's face, turned her face the other side after which both of them burst out into a small laughter.

Kalpi (still laughing): no its my own house..

Raghav: impressive I must say...

Still laughing, they sat on the sofa.
