Yeah I am a tough one to please sometimes... Or not. I just know where I stand on certain things and infidelity is infidelity no matter how much one tries to pose it off as something else.
So some Ragna fans are probably celebrating. CV's probably thinking we can't complain now because they gave us what we wanted which was in essence Raghav marrying Kalpi.
I on the other hand well here is where I stand. When I saw that scene it was O_O to O_o to -.-
That wasn't romantic. That wasn't awww. That was just WHAT IN THE WORLD.
Because ladies, listen, if think that romantic then think about this. You could be the married woman sitting in your house waiting for your husband to come home but he busy by some temple putting sindoor on another woman head. Does it sound romantic now? It sounds rather despicable doesn't it?
Well that is what it was. The fact is Raghav is still married to Pakhi. He is LEGALLY married to Pakhi. In the eyes of the law and society she is his wife. Yes he loves Kalpi, yes Kalpi loves him, yes they said they accepted each other as man and wife since the moment they accepted their love for each other but it still remains, PAKHI IS HIS LEGALLY MARRIED WIFE.
So... That whole sindoor act was annoying to see. Kalpi was made the second wife and let's not stop there but now ALL of society including her family is going to point fingers at her. Raghav isn't going to get half the blame that she is going to get.
And as for Pookhi well once again she is made the innocent victim here, at the expense of the decimation of Kalpi's character.
That scene was not romantic for me. I did not approve of it. It unfaithfulness. It's wrong.
If he wants to marry Kalpi then divorce Pakhi first. Then he will have the right to put that sindoor on Kalpi's head.
Stop corrupting young girls mind into thinking that is romantic and right. It is not. It really is not.
