Excellent Excellent Post!! I feel the same way. That is why I always felt and voiced it that viewers must take a stand, because the arrogance has gone on far too long now, that they feel the viewers have no importance to the health and longevity of their shows.

Ashish and Ishaan are complete sweethearts. Don't know about Rachana since she doesn't have a Twitter account( the one tht was under @R_Parulkar is confirmed to be fake by Ishaan) and am not on Facebook. But a lot of ppl say she is a sweetheart as well, so I will go along with that. Don't know about Neeraj since I don't know his official account. Shrini hasn't tweeted anything bad and nor has Tuhinaa as far as I have seen so they remain sweetin my eyes. Shilpa has been quite the lecturer and has annoyed me a tiny bit, but Siddarth and Mohit have gone overboard. I know what they are trying to say is for the most part correct, but I am not likin the way they are saying it and using foul language. It can get quite annoying. And PD, don't even ask... But whtever they do, I am not gonna give them my negative attention nor try to butter up then with positive attention, unless I truly appreciate and mean it.

One thing I never thought I would say - the incidents in the past two weeks have given me a new sense of appreciation and respect for Mr. Hegde, Gul K and the char chuhas :-)

believe some sort of history was created today with the war on twitter
between actors and fans. I heard about it, read a few tweets and that
was enough to make my head spin. One of the people being targeted was a friend and it was unprovoked which is even more disturbing.

I can safely say most of us have never witnessed such idiocy before in our lives.

Barring a couple of the actors (no guesses which ones I am
referring to), rest of the team need to be gagged, de-activate their
accounts or lock it and stop interacting with fans pronto. They are
doing irreparable damage to their own image.

Zee needs to
intervene because their business and name is on the line too. Telling
international viewers their opinions do not matter will not sit well
with them. I am paying for the damn channel only to watch this one damn
show!

The team should be given some PR training ASAP on how to deal with fans and taught some basic etiquette. .

DJs has been in business for over 20 yrs. Kekta and the rest
are bachas compared to DJs. So I would expect more professionalism from
DJs. Sadly they just dont seem to care, are they even aware what the EMA
team is upto on social media? I wonder if they even have a PR person.
If they dont, they should hire one immediately for damage control. EMA
will end when it has to but DJ's reputation will surely be tarnished long term if
this matter is not taken care of soon.

The silly MU
about Sammy being the groom and ofcourse the infamous Rakhi wedding
should never have happened. Their lack of creativity, unoriginality
knows no bounds. Their insensitivity and disrespect of the viewer
sentiments, narcissistic, arrogant attitude and their inability to take
criticism for the 'story' and characters from even before the wedding has caused this mess on and
offscreen.

IMHO Going forward for damage control - run a scroll at the bottom of the screen for the next
week or so with this message - Bear with us while we work on an
alternate track would calm everybody down. The fans have been furious
for over two weeks now. Instead of pacifying the fans and calming the
situation they are aggravating, being disrespectful and intransigent.

Or
call a press conference, release an article or interview via a reputed
media portal explaining their POV which would be to their benefit.

When
does this all this end? Fans should stop interacting with them for now.
They are having fun at our expense while they continue to show us what
they want. Pathetic. Sadistic. I hope there is huge dip in TRPs tells them what they refuse to understand on their own. Its funny how upto couple weeks ago we were calling Zee for repeat telecasts and encouraging everyone to watch on tv at 7. 😆

I dont know when and why did Ishaan say Rachna's account was fake? Ashish himself tweeted welcome back on twitter to her recently. He would know if its not her account.
