No Sejal. I don't think Raghav had any sort of feelings for Kalpi at the moment when she offered him that 30 days challenge. He didn't realize it then. If I am not wrong, He realized/developed the feelings after the Alibagh incident?
The parts after that seems a little confusing. Raghav didn't want Kalpi to leave because of his unknown feelings for her After they returned from Alibagh trip. But then, it is Kalpi who needed to work hard to prove that she could do to earn the position that she was aiming for, because she didnt had any feelings that could have produce any tension in her mind. She lost the chance out of whatever reasons, it would still be considered her faults. She also couldn't remember the challenge as she said herself.
But if you think about it more critically. CVs have not forgotten about her results either. I think the reason why they probably had to leave this challenge track in the middle was to bring in the mystery about her results being stolen. I am pretty sure that the challenge hasn't ended it just yet, rather they will show it the other way by bringing in her results. Now, how are they going to do that is really up to them. All we can do is to wait and see their progress. Like I said, let this confession phase pass smoothely then we can think about the other missing tracks here.
When that 30 days challenge was given... None of them had feelings and particularly Kalpi..!! Raghav.. had that hard side of himself even when he knew Kalpi, had all capabilities, who had actually completed his file during Pune trip, She had that power to slap those boys who teased her, He still couldn't see Kalpi crying after Paakhi went and hugged Kamla.. and Kalpi was crying..!!
But that hard side took care of all of it.. And Kalpi toh forget about having any second thought on Raghav.. She used t dislike him to THE CORE..!! Raghav's steps of realization began when Kalpi presented and made Raghav win against Kapoors ... and Uss Raat made the Pull stronger.. till he had to finally give in..!!
But my am problem is using challenge thing... as a card just to add on more romantic angel or spice romantic track
.. It was sad to know.. love .. or should I say... more that attraction to Raghav made Kalpi soo weak, that she forgot about challenge.. and what pinned me more was.. Raghav bringing up challenge in a mid way like that,.. out of no where, when even audience knows that they had atleast 10 days remaining..!!
All this was to focus on love life.. Raghav, wants Kalpi,,, and wants her to be around, just for him.. and indirectly... wanted her to accept that.. her reasons to be in organization is her pull to Raghav and not promotions..!!
I am sure, he would anyways give it to her,... because he has to.. That's the only way she can move up the ladder.. towards EMA... But... that I really wanted CVs to not use the 30-Day challenge ka thing.. Challenge had it's own importance... that promotion was within 30 days... CVs could have shown,, something like.. Raghav, giving her option directly, without much of reasons... to leave if she she wants to.. or to take a break on 45 days...
Of course I was upset with Raghav... But upsets me more.. was that kalpi didn't even feel bad for not being promoted within 30 days..!! Her brains have gone gaga...😡😡😡😡
To be very honest I wanted Kalpi.. to actually chose promotion over Raghav as a reason to be in organization..!!!
So.. on that challenge track has ended Anum, according to CVs... In the worst Possible way...
