The duo decided to go to the temple while they waited for the dean to call. After making their offering at the temple, she took him to the spot she would sit at writing the letters to him. He was in awe of her beauty and her choice of the simple things in life. She was always content and never complained even though he was able to read between the lines of her letters and knew when she was upset. He told her to wait; he went to the car and came back with a folder. Raghav told her that the agreement was drawn up in London, and he wanted her to join his company, and she should not feel that he is doing her any favours but she has earned that post, and that she will soon know that for a fact as soon as her results are cleared. Just then the cell phone rings, and the number did not look familiar. Raghav answered, and smiled as he realised it was the dean, and he was apologetic on behalf of the college, and advised that Kalpana had passed and she was also placed first. He eyes now glistened as the tears fell. The dean informed Raghav that there will be an article in the newspaper regarding Kalpi's results and her position. Raghav disconnected the call, and turned to Kalpi, carrying her up in the air, screaming joyously that she had passed and she was first. Kalpi could not hold back her tears, and just held onto him. She thought what she or her family could not do for weeks; Raghav came and did in one day. She was so fortunate to have him in her life, Kalpi was more than happy to join his company. They both were simultaneously thinking, they are happy as they will get to see each other daily without problems.

At the Yadhav's place, Paakhi was back, and was conversing with Kamla regarding Raghav and what she needs to do to capture his heart. Just then Kalpi walks in, smiling to herself, not even noticing Paakhi, as previously when she would return home her smile would just vanish when she saw Paakhi with Kamla. Today she didn't care, she was happy, she was loved and she was Raghav's first priority.

The Kapoor's have now heard that Raghav is back in town, and he has a thriving business, which was the rival company to them. Neetu was informed that her secret was out, and that Kalpi received her correct results, needless to say she was shocked. She could not fathom how they figured that out, and was hoping that Paakhi does not find out, as that will create a bigger problem in their home.

Part 6

Kalpi just sat daydreaming, and thinking about the moments she has already spent with her future life partner, yes, she was not going to let go, not for Paakhi, not for anyone. Paakhi tried to get her attention, and eventually shrilled, Kalpi can help her, as she knew Raghav's likes and dislikes since they were kids. Kalpi could not stay silent any longer, and she asked Paakhi to please stop, Raghav will not fall for her, as he already loves someone, and that someone loves him too. Hearing this, Paakhi went to Kamla telling her to ask Kalpi to not say such things, as it is hurting her. Kamla told Kalpi not to speak of matters she knows nothing about. Kalpi said she is speaking, because she knows this with conviction, as the person she is speaking about is her. She is the one Raghav loves, and she loves him too. Kamla goes to Kalpi and is about to slap her when someone holds her hand before she reached Kalpi's face. It was Raghav, Kalpi forgot the contract in the car, and he was coming up to give it to her, when he heard all the commotion.

He stood in between Kalpi and Kamla; facing Kamla, and asked her the reason she was going to slap Kalpi. He told her that Kalpi is speaking the truth and that Kalpi is his life, and he has not and will not look at any other person. Raghav turns to Kalpi and asked her if she will marry him, which shocked Kamla and Paakhi, and they were further shocked when Kalpi said yes and that she was prepared to marry him even now.

Raghav walked to the god lamp, where the sindhoor was kept, and came to Kalpi. He asked again, if she is sure she is happy with this, and she gave him that reassuring nod. He applied the sindhoor, and told her as of now; you are my responsibility Mrs Kalpana Raghav Singhania. They both hugged each other and walked out hand in hand, not turning to look back at the broken Kamla and Paakhi, whom finally felt what Kalpi felt all those years, when she was simply overlooked and taken advantage of.
