i hope they dont bring any sacrifice thing between paaki and kalpi.(i hate such drama among girls 🤢)...instead i would love make neetu and prem play games to add spice.

i want paaki to remain dumb the way she is and one day realise that ok enough of raghav jaap let me try some other guy ...and then eventually gets a nice prince like sammy who is the most mature and level headed guy in the whole show...i feel an innocent dumb like paaki does deserve a mature guy who can smile at her and show her the right path...rather then somebody like raghav who would get irritated at her and be lost in himself ( he did the same on his date with paaki...she kept on chattering and he fiddled with food 😕)

as for kalpi she likes challanges and is a hard skinned girl.u really need to be strong to monoveour her and its only raghav who can match her in her passion for work.I wont talk of love thing regarding kalpi coz she does not understand it much ...and now since raghav is on mission love kalpi...i feel the girl is really working hard to find more about love by observing her own parents and dissecting raghav😆

You are not wrong, all of us want to get what we deserve whether its our personal life or professional life. My post is just based on EMA and the story so far as the childhood incidents are shown in parallel to grown up as well😛

Pakhi sounds like Coderlia from Lear , so I hope Kamla maa will for once become King Lear and tell her " Nothing can come of nothing"😆- I agree, she has a fragile heart and deserve someone like Sammy or Pakhiya (though it sounds creepy considering the connection to Kamla maa). She is yet to see the world and I will blame Kamla maa for it. By giving into her demands, she has protected her from the cruel reality!

Its normal for kids to look for partners who resemble their own parents, esp if the parents shares a good bond with KaVi do. She wants Raghav to be like Vittal but she has to understand, Vittal and Raghav are two different personalities with a good heart. She will see the goodness in Raghav and fall deeper for him:).

Wonderful analysis Aahaana, Munni and all others. 👏
The incidents of childhood hold a great sigmificance in the story of adulthood. While Raghav chooses Kalpana over Pakkhi , the holi episode or the childhood episode of pen shows that Pakkhi will always snatch him away from her in person atleast as it happened today again. She will always be a hurdle to Ragna love whether its she herself or Prem or both her moms Neetu nd Kamala though in different ways.

How Raghav nd Kalpana will win over their love while balancing his revenge from Kapoors nd Kalpana with her dreams aspirations status differences and then the person Prem Neetu Kamala remains to be seen .

The only people I hope to see to be always with Kalpana will be Vithal , Pakkiya and Sammy I guess. The time will come when Vitthal will revolt against Kamala for her siding with PAkkhi all the times over her daughter Kalpana.

Its true in real life too most mothers tend to drive their childhood aspirations which they couldnt learn or get on their children , same has happened with Kalpana too only here Kalpana too has been equally ambitious to fulfill her mothers dream with a realistic practical streak in her which Raghav refuses to see as of now.

U did quite a good job analyzing the characters Aahaana but I w/what I am gonna say in this post, I speak to some of EMA fans here. I feel some people feel that the future of this show will be meaningless if Raghav & Kalpi don't end up together but I disagree & I won't get into my reasons why in this post. For me, this show can still be a meaningful show even if Kalpi & Raghav don't end up together as long as the CV's do things that make sense & they don't resort to doing things that quite a bit of people disapprove of like showing sacrificing. I actually don't even watch this show for Ragna. Like it's not like I dislike Raghav & Kalpi but I just have never been into them as a couple. Anyways, I feel we will see Raghav & Kalpana as a couple but honestly, I don't see them being married to each other. Please don't bash me for this post by the way. This is my outlook & like a good chunk of EMA viewers, I do have my reason (s) to quit watching the show but I am still gonna stick w/it & when I see a nail in the coffin like thing happen on it then I most probably will quite watching the show. Let's wait & watch.

^Edabella - please share your reasons here..would like to read disagreements too otherwise it will be monotonous😃. The show is not about love story and Ragna but they are extra bonus which gained many viewers lately.

Its Kalpis journey (Kamlwas wish for her daugher) about how she becomes "Mem saab" or (ek mutti aasman) and I think she will by the confidence Raghav have given her indirectly and her parents motivation.

Woah, so I read this before but I was typing my topic so i couldn't comment at that time. Wanted to stop by and just say how wonderfully you have worded this whole situation. It's simply brilliant! As Shana mentioned, I don't want any heros either. I want human beings and human beings are selfish to some degree. I want her to fight for her love. I don't want her to just sacrifice it. This show is meant for her to be independent and take her rightful place in society - the place that she had fought hard for. So, I want to see that instead of it being transformed into another typical indian soap opera. That being said, I agree with the rest of your post. I mean, I can see and understand everyone else's dilemma in the show. It's there but the way you have worded it out is wonderful.

Raghav has already given the right to put colors on him and in his life to Kalpi. No one can change that. Just because Pakhi got to put color for everyone else to see doesn't mean that it was her who colored and made Raghav's life better and more wonderful. At this point, he just has eyes for her and that's enough for me. He is the one who gets to decide who he picks, not the other people. So, I am sure he will step up when the time comes.

At the end of the day though, they are so compatible for each other. One needs light in his life, while the other is the light.

Now, I am more worried about Raghav's mother than anyone. I want to know the whole story behind her involvement. That's what I am really curious about. I am hoping that she doesn't add to the trouble for Kalpi. Though, what would a show be without any drama?

LOL, I do believe it will end on a happy note but the journey is long with thorns and obstacles.

I think Kalpi will sacrifice because in childhood, she has been asked or forced to sacrifice but for the first time, she may do that if she comes to know Pakhi also loves Raghav because of Kamla. It could be one of the reasons for why she is yet to confess.

However, CV may surprise us by showing Pakhi making way for Kalpis happiness if she get to know RagNa loves each other. In childhood, Kalpi sacrificed so as gown up adults, Pakhi may do that. After all, she may have the Kapoors blood in her veins but she was raised up by Kamla so it should have some significance.

Melz good to see you here🤗

Yeah kalpi has been one to sacrifice from childhood, she may even end up sacrificing her love for Raghav because of Kamla, but will Pakhi accept the sacrifice is yet to be seen, I hope she realizes Kalpi is meant for Raghav and steps aside

@Aahaana
I love your analysis and post- especially how Raghav and Kalpana complement each other- through their respective journeys .

Interestingly, the episodes leave me with a mixed feeling- because I feel there are layers to every scene and very often we are shown what we want to see, but not quite the way we want to see it! 😊

yesterday-there was an acceptance of Raghav from Kalpana's side- but it was neither verbal nor through an obvious action.

There are obvious connections being drawn between the entangled relationships of Raghav, Kalpana, Paakhi and Kamla.

There is also Kalpanas expectations in love-coming from what she sees in her parents.

It seems logical to expect that Kalpi may be asked to sacrifice her love for Raghav, and she may not. Yet-circumstances may make her stay away from Raghav. I found her taking the gulal, and then dropping it on seeing Paakhi very symbolic . Raghav coming towards Kalpana, and Paakhi being the one to apply the gulal on his face...somewhere I think these are indicative of shape of things to come.

But loved the title of your post-as much as your in depth analysis ! 👏
