When Kalpi reached Raghav's house,she was sent right to his room,thanks to Sammy calling up Raghav.It was part of the big plan to make Kalpi aware of the extent of her love.As she entered the room,she saw Raghav moaning in pain.She could not bear it and ran upto him.

"How did this happen?Cant you not be more careful?"

"Actually I twisted my ankle while getting off the bus and I had to walk quite a bit before I got

taxi.The doctor says thats what aggravated it."said Rags

Its all my fault.I never should have asked you to try my world.I never mean to hurt you even in my dreams.What have I done?I always end up hurting you",cried kalpi

Raghav moved forward and took her in his arms."Stupid girl.Why do you say so?In what way are you responsible?

No sir.I am jinxed.People I love go away from me .Ragha v had a sense of de ja vu.It was like he was hearing himself.bachpan se lekar aaj tak,no matter what I do,I am always second best for aayi.It was like a dam had burst.All her pentup emotions flowed out the moment she saw his concern.She told him all that had happened from the time he left for US till date.Now do you realise why I am scared of loving you?My kismat is very bad.I never get my full quota of love in life.Im scared that you too will go away ar someone will take you away from me.I dont think I will be able to bear that kind of rejection ever

Raghav was shocked.To think that the Kamalabai he had such regard for,could treat her daughter so.He was angry.But above all,his love for Kalpi increased manifold.he wanted to wrap her in his love and give her such happiness that she would never want for more.

Kalpi placed her finger on his lips at the last sentence and shook her head.Raghav turned her hand and gently covered it with kisses.In this entire exchange,he had forgotten his hurt ankle lie and he stood up with great gusto.

"Arey Be careful or you will be hurt yet again"

Raghav could not lie to Kalpi even in jest.With a sheepish grin ,he told her that it was Sammy's plan to make her feel guilty for making him travel by bus.At Kalpi's look,Raghav hastily said,"But that was not the reason I agreed.he told me that if you truly loved me you would come running over and you did."

Kalpi started beating his chest with her small fist."How could you?Did you know the wprry you put me through?"In the bargain,they both lost balance and fell on the bed with Kalpi atop Raghav.They were a perfect fit and this proximity aroused Raghav.Kalpi ,on her part,did not understand her feelings ,which were new to her.Their eyes locked and they were like this forever.Raghav slowly lowered her head and found her lips.Kalpi had never seriously given love a thought.But she had heard her classmates discussing about their first kiss and how special it should be.But this beat all descriptions.She was flummoxed ,confused yet ecstatic.For Raghav,it was yet another discovery.He had had his share of girls but he had never felt this connect as he did now.He knew they were meant to be.

A long time later...both breathless and with high pulse rates lying side by side...

"Kalpi please.Why do you make me beg so?I am dying to hear those three words from you.Please put me out of my misery,"said Raghav

Kalp sat up and gazed shyly at him.With that one kiss,she knew she was a goner.She also felt that no matter what the differences between them,their love would bridge the gap and meet at a common point."I love you,sir"she whispered.Raghav let out a whoop of joy.

"Sir??"Kalpi cmon.Call me by my name."Which she did.Raghav in the glow of his love ,thought that never had his name sounded sweeter.

The next few hours passed quickly and when both looked back they could not recollect how the time flew.So when sammy walked into the room,he was not surprised to find raghav lying on kalpi's lap and she fondling his hair.Thwe two were gazing at each other with so much love that Sammy mentally patted himself."Much as I hate to disturb the lovebirds,I think its time Kalpana went home.I have been covering for her the whole day but it would be a little difficult for me if she chose to spend the rest of the day here."

Booth jumped up at his voice but recovered quickly when they realised it was Sammy.Sammy came forward and hugged the two of them"am so happy for you guys.You two deserve and may you find that happiness with each other'he said.

kalpi got dropped home.This time raghav brooked no arguments.It was late he said.So she was dropped a safe distance from the chawl,with him waiting till she called him on arriving home.

It was the happiest day in kalpi's life.Her face glowed in the way of one who was loved.
