you are more than welcome to express your views..😳

it will give a fair idea to the writers too what others feel about their OS...

and newbies are not allowed to vote bcz it may create new ids..(multiple ids for voting..)

A reminder if you vote for your own entry vote will not be counted

The decision of not allowing newbies to vote is a uniform decision taken across IF. this is nothing against newbies , we were all newbies once. But it has been noticed that people create multiple IDs in order to vote so this is just to avoid that
