The next ten minutes was very difficult for Raghav. He was continuously rubbing her feet and rubbing her hands and calling only "kalpi". His eyes became red and his mind almost not working.

He can hear only two heart beats, one is his and another is his kalpi's. He was lost in her memories and the happenings of last night and was staring at kalpi's innocent and peaceful face.

Sammy entered Raghav's cabin with Dr.Sumanth. Hearing the noise, Raghav came to his senses.

He immediately pulled a chair near the couch for the Doctor. Dr.Sumanth, without wasting any time, checked Kalpana thoroughly.

No need to worry, Raghav. She is having a high fever. I am putting an injection to her. She has to be fine within 2 hours, if not, call me again.

She is also very weak and I think she would have not had anything for a long time now. That's why she had fainted. Please give her something, once she come back to her senses.

He took the injection, and about to put the same. As her body was shivering still, he asked someone to hold.

As Sammy knows about his friends' reluntance in facing injections, he came forward to hold kalpana. But to his great shock, before him, Raghav holded her hand tightly and started seeing kalpi's face.

Doctor put the injection and gave some tablets to Raghav.

Raghav, just wait for a maximum of 2 hours. 99% she will be okay. Once, she is fine, let her take these tablets, but only after having something. Don't give her these in empty stomach.

Ok, doctor. I will take care. Thanks for coming. Thanks a lot.

Sammy was relieved a bit after that. He left the Doctor till the door and came back to Raghav's cabin.

Raghav too was little relieved.

Raghav, it is already 1.30 pm. We need to attend the meeting at 3 pm. Come on, let us go through all the documents and papers Kalpana worked on.

Raghav is in no mood to even look anywhere except kalpana.

Sammy, please cancel the meeting. Let us postpone it to someother day, let Ms.Jadav get well first.

Raghav, this is your dream project! And today is our first meeting. And you are asking to postpone this. .

What happened to you Raghav? Are you okay?

Sammy, please do what I say. Please. I am in no mood to attend any meeting today. Please try to understand. Please!!!!!!

Raghav, you don't worry about kalpana. Doctor told na, she will be fine. I will be here till she woke up and after she wake up, will drop her at home. You be tension-free and don't take any guilt feeling. Its okay. Relax!

No, Sammy, I have decided and I am not going to go for any meeting today. I am absolutely not in mood to attend. So, just cancel it.

Ok, raghav, understood. Fine. You be here with Kalpana. I will take Maya and go for the meeting. Will update you of everything. Don't worry.

But, we have to do it somehow. It is equally important for you.

Raghav finally accepted and asked Sammy to go ahead with his plan.

He told very clearly to his staff that he does not want to meet any visitors and no phone calls for him.

He himself don't know how he spent the next one and half hours, roaming here and there like a mad guy, taking 4 to 5 coffees from the canteen, massaging kalpana's feet, adjusting her shawl, touching her forehead now and there, adjusting her hair behind her ears.

Finally, he sat in the chair and kept her hand between his hands and kept his head beside her and slowly his eyes started closing down.

In few minutes, kalpana's hands started moving and he immediately got up. She started slowly opening her eyes and Raghav started slowly removing his hands from her hand. But she, in her sub-consious state, holded his hand tightly and it has become almost impossible to Raghav to pull his hand back.

Kalpana opened her eyes fully and it really took her few minutes to understand what happened to her as she very well remember that she fainted suddenly in Raghav's cabin.

She saw her hand in between Raghav's and felt really awkward and removed it instantly and Raghav too let it go from his.

There was a pin drop silent and only there were soul talk happening between them.

I have to really thank God that you are fine now. I was really worried. And my heart stopped for a moment.

Oh, really, then, why you were behaving so rude to me?

I don't want to show how much I care for you. I was controlling myself.

But, why? I could not understand you at all. Why you need to behave like that?

Please don't ask me anything more. I cant answer you. I just cant answer you atleast at this moment.

Ok..i am not going to disturb you much. But please don't behave so rude with me either. I cant take this from you.

Why?

I don't know. Even, I could not answer you.

Both were looking each other in their eyes and their souls were talking to each other.

Suddenly, Raghav's phone flashed Sammy's number and started vibrating. They both came to their senses.

Kalpana got a jerk and tried to get up from the couch. Raghav helped her by holding her shoulders and made her sit.

"thanks", murmured kalpana.
