If the CV's seriously want the show to focus mainly on Raghav & Prem & Paakhi & Kalpi when it comes to the younger characters on the show then maybe Raghav + Paakhi & Prem + Kalpi will happen but that doesn't necessarily mean we won't even see a temporary romance between Raghav & Kalpi.
