So Raghav states today that he has everything figured out.. and he is just waiting for the morning to come... what did he mean by that? Did he mean that he knows what happened to Kalpi (in regards to failing) or maybe he is using Pakhi to know what's going on at her house? There are so many possibilities.. what could it be?

I believe Raghav does not know anything about the result fiasco, and thinks that kalpi actually failed (even it knows that she very hardworking and intelligent) he might think that Kalpi could not concentrate on that particular exam paper because of the chawl issue, so she was disturbed due to it and did not have time to study properly.

I could not watch 1st half of yesterdays episode but in the written update I read that yesterday he told that now everything will be infront of him and he knows what would be his next step na, so I think purposely he created that confusion among the staff in the office, that is why upon knowing that she was kalpana Jadav, they said that she was that important person whom Raghav recommended, and because of which kalpi was given lot of respect and importance and the cabin aswell. Now after kalpi getting a feel/taste of all these, he made his entry and snatched everything from her, so that now she will make up her mind to earn all that by working very hard(especially now that she is working under Pakhi, will be more determined to prove herself)...

Thank god Pakhi was not present at that time, Raghav knows that kalpi is always on time, infact before time, so he got this executed before Pakhi arrives.

Raghav is simply using Pakhi for his motive of giving guidance to kalpi, otherwise why would a graduate passout be given a supervisor post. Though Pakhi is going to misinterpret right now, but later when she will come to know the real reason, she should not be dissapointed because she herself tells that, she can do anything for Kamla maa, and this will be her contribution in Kamla maa's dream fulfillment.

this man is a total mystery...and to be able to dissect what he means and says, even his emotions and expressions needs lots of grey matter from my side. 😆

One more thing was there...till nw i was thinking he don't know abt result fisco but yest.i Got feeling that he knows but jus waiting for a right time to come...
He knows that cabin,that chair & that supervisior post deservez & made for kalpi only... & thats wht every thing happened purposefully... Kalpi was the 1st one to enter in that cabin & was the 1st one to sit on that chair... & like always pakhi will snatch this indirectly but at the end this will come in return to the right person, most deservant candidate i.e kalpi like always...
He wanna feel to her that kalpi this is ur cabin & ur chair but to gain it rightfully u have tackle wid all problems which r interrupted u frm going onwards i.e pakhi... So tackle & gain agenda he is using wid her 😳
