I believe Raghav does not know anything about the result fiasco, and thinks that kalpi actually failed (even it knows that she very hardworking and intelligent) he might think that Kalpi could not concentrate on that particular exam paper because of the chawl issue, so she was disturbed due to it and did not have time to study properly.

I could not watch 1st half of yesterdays episode but in the written update I read that yesterday he told that now everything will be infront of him and he knows what would be his next step na, so I think purposely he created that confusion among the staff in the office, that is why upon knowing that she was kalpana Jadav, they said that she was that important person whom Raghav recommended, and because of which kalpi was given lot of respect and importance and the cabin aswell. Now after kalpi getting a feel/taste of all these, he made his entry and snatched everything from her, so that now she will make up her mind to earn all that by working very hard(especially now that she is working under Pakhi, will be more determined to prove herself)...

Thank god Pakhi was not present at that time, Raghav knows that kalpi is always on time, infact before time, so he got this executed before Pakhi arrives.

Raghav is simply using Pakhi for his motive of giving guidance to kalpi, otherwise why would a graduate passout be given a supervisor post. Though Pakhi is going to misinterpret right now, but later when she will come to know the real reason, she should not be dissapointed because she herself tells that, she can do anything for Kamla maa, and this will be her contribution in Kamla maa's dream fulfillment.
