Here, the case is different. A powerful lady had corrupted an employee to fail a middle class person. The official person has taken out exam sheets intentionally. Kalpi can't prove this corruption alone. She needs a support. I am not saying Raghav should interfere directly. but he can support her morally or legally(like accompanying her to report to authorities about missing sheets or on not finding solution, he can motivate her to lodge complain in police).

Yep, mene karwai hai... But i guess cost depends on university. Mine had only 350 Rs. in 2007. but I agree with time... Result came just 2 days before next semester exam.

Even now only option she has is either to prove the conspiracy or repeat the year because rechecking is of no use as her supplementry sheets r missing. plz CVs handle this track carefully not as a formality.
