I think there was a guy In sonams life who looked like Nikhil and wanted to kill her And she think it is Nikhil, because he looks like him..

i think that nik mite of cant really remmeber whose her(he might of forgot) thta may b in the past times he went through wid sonam thts what i think

i think sonam probably thinks Nikhil looks like someone from her past, who she used to like and thats y everytime she sees him, she either faints or has weird visions.

Someone from her past resembles Nikhil and made her life hell.

Reason: When Aryan told her that the guy is Nikhil, she said he cannot be Nikhil.

I am agree with u...

I feel it has to do with nikhil's past. remmember nikhil and his freind who tried to kill ananya (monish bhel). he and nikhil shared some secret ... esp nikhil killing someone...maybe thats wat sonam might know/seen
