How did you enter the television world? I came to Mumbai from Lucknow and had a nine-month stint in films as an Assistant Director. I have even done production. To make a foray into the world of television, I had no qualms about the work I did and I was not ashamed to do any work because I believed this would lead to a better platform. After a hard struggle, I got an opportunity to prove myself in television. Did you always desire to be an actor? Well, it was a dream since a long time. Somewhere in my mind I always knew that I would take up acting. Moreover, I was confident that I would get a chance to become an actor. Today, finally I have become an actor. My dream is now a reality. What are your future projects? I will be working in England's crossover theatre and complete a new, upcoming project there. At the moment, I cannot divulge the name of the project. But I can say that my forthcoming project is based on a family which is settled in London and it will depict the difference in cultures of the two countries. Have you signed any movie? I will be signing a movie soon. Besides, I have already worked in Kyu Ho Gaya Na where I play Vivek Oberoi's close friend. Tell us something about your hobbies I am very fond of travelling. Even as I completed my education, I used to travel from one city to another. Also, I enjoy listening to various types of music. Which is your favourite vacation spot? I'd love to go up North to Manali for a vacation. I think it is a fantastic place to spend a vacation in Manali |
