Part 9:

Virat heard the shops bell ring as a young woman walked inside. He shifted back his attention to the cashier who was waiting for him to pay. "Haan so kitna huwa sub samaan ka?" He asks as he takes out his wallet. "Thousand rps sahab" he says. Virat quickly pays and takes the shopping bag from his hand and walks towards the door, before he could leave the shop keeper asks him. "Biwi ka Liya ha vadhera sahab?" He asks. Virat turns around and looks at the shop keeper straight in the eyes. He knew that he probably recognized him because he is a well-known singer across the country. Virat felt annoyed that he had to buy feminine products for Maya and that too behind manvi's back. "Biwi ka liya ho ya kissi ka liya bhi tujhe is sa kya MATLAB?" Virat says. "Nahi woh abhi abhi bhabi ji ko twins huwa ha na? News pa aya tha. Toh app unki help keraha ho, Khidmat keraha ho." The shop keeper says. Virat felt super guilty and missed his little angels .He dashes out of the store. He starts walking towards his car and his phone started ringing. He picks up. "Haan Jaan what's up?" He asks. "Kuch nahi bus bacho ko ahhi abhi sulaya or bethi ho. Chep ghar kub araha ho? Pura pregnancy mera sath chipka huwa tha chewing gum ki tera or aj. gayab? I miss you I want to kiss you." She yells. Virat starts laughing as he continues to walk on the road. " aj badal neyla kesa ha? Tabiyat theek ha meri bandariya?" He asks. " very funny. Tum romantic bataein kero toh its hot mein kero toh meri tabiyat kharab? Anyways tum ho kaha?" She asks. Virat without thinking says "studio". Manvi stays quite for a bit. "Then why do I hear car horns?" She asks. Virat stops walking and stands in the middle of the road. " woh mein lunch break ka liya neeche wale dhabba mein betha ho." He lies. "tum or dhabba? Perdesi ko desi khana kesa passand aya?" she asks. Virat laughs. "tum jesi chammak chalo sa 5 saal pehle shaddi ki ha mene. Desi cheezo ki lat lag chuki ha" he says as he sits in his car and starts driving. "Haan or mein bhi tofu kha leti ho ub" she says and makes vomiting sounds. Virat laughs as he knows she hates tofu. "Acha ji? Chalo theek ha aj raat thai restaurant. It's a date?" virat says. "Oh baba 2 chote chote bache ha humare. Kaha chorenga inko?" she says. Virat sighs, "Bhai Bhabhi kis kaam ka? They will baby sit na. hann bolo na I really want to spend time with you alone." Virat says. "Lekin virat is tera baar baar di jiju sa favor lena acha thori lagta ha" she says. "Kyew? Jub Anjali choti thi kitni baar humne use babysit kiya ha infact ub bhi kerte ha. Aksaar humare sath hoti ha Anjali. Or tumhari behn ka liya Anjali sa zyada mannat or variman important ha. Mausi ha yaar. Maa ka baad mausi hi toh hoti ha" virat says. "Waah mera cheetah itna samjhdar kub sa hoga tum? Chalo theek ha let's go tonight" she says. Virat laughs "Theek ha toh ill be home in an hour then we can get ready and go." He says and cuts the call.

Maya's hotel room:

Virat knocks on the door but the door was already slightly open. Virat walks in. "Maya tum kaha ho?" he asks. Virat looked around but could not find her. He decided to just leave the things and leave but before he could maya walks out of the bathroom in a short towel. Virat turns around right away. "mein saman le aya. Kal phone keronga. Bye" he says and was about to walk away. Maya stops him by holding his hand and she turns him around. "Itni bhi kya jaldi ha. Betho" she says. Virat looks away from her. "Maaya I need to get home and besides I think you need some privacy" virat says and tries to leave again. Maya stops him again. "Tum meri itni help keraha ho let me at least get you something to drink? Pepsi?" she asks. Virat knew maya very well he knew she is very stubborn and would just not let him go. "Fine one glass and im gone" he says and sits down on the couch. Maya smiles and walks towards the mini kitchen. She pours half a glass of pepsi and adds a little bit of alcohol in it. She walks towards virat with a smile and sits down close to him. Virat moves a little away and takes the glass from her hand and fakes a smile. He starts drinking it and feels that something is weird. "This tastes..." he says but before he could finish maya interrupts him. "It's cherry flavored coke that is why" she says and pushes the glass a little so virat drinks more. Eventually virat finishes the entire glass and feels funny. "I think I should head home" virat says and wobbles . Maya makes him stand and pulls him towards the bedroom. She pushes him and he falls on the bed. "Why is everything spinning maya?" he asks. Maya smiles and lays on top of him. "Look at me!" She says and turns virats face towards her. He looks into her eyes and sees manvi's face. "You are so beautiful manvi" he says and holds maya's cheeks. Maya rolls her eyes in anger but ignores him. She leans in closer and gives him a light kiss on the lips. Virat in his drunk state thinks it manvi and kisses back. The kiss gets hotter and hotter. After a while Virat threw Maya's towel on the ground.

After a few hours:
Virat wakes up and looks around the room confusingly. He couldn't remember anything. He then notices he is wearing nothing but his boxers. He after a while of thinking remembers this is the hotel room he got for Maya in order to help her. He stands up and looks around the room and finds his clothes on the floor as well as Maya's towel. "Shitt" he yells. He notices the door open and finds maya walking in. She was wrapped in a blanket. "You're awake?" she says with a smile and walks towards him. Virat just looks at her confusingly. "MAYA! WHAT THE HELL?" he yells in anger. "virat I always knew you loved me and today you proved it". Virat holds his forehead in tension and starts taking deep breaths to calm himself down. Virat's phone started ringing and he pulls it out of his jeans that were on the floor. It was a call from manvi. He had 10 miss calls. "Shit shit shit" he yells and picks it up. "Virat what the hell is wrong with you? You said you would come home in an hour and we would go out. It has been 3 hours and you were nowhere to be found. I got so worried I was about to call the police." Manvi yells on the other line. Virat notices maya smiling. He rolls his eyes at her. "Sorry I fell asleep at the studio I am leaving now. Be ready we are still going out. I am sorry and I love you "He says and cuts the call and starts crying. Maya starts giggling. Virat looks up at her and smacks her with a pillow. "You bitch I told you, I told you if this was one of your schemes I will kill you!" he says and starts choking her neck with her hands. Maya giggles again. "Fine kill me then go to jail. How fun will it be when your kids grow up with a criminal father?" She says. Virat leaves her neck and pushes her. "Maya what exactly happened? For the love of god tell the truth this time. Please!" he begs her. Maya has a huge smile. "Well I knew you were not going to do this so I had to mix alcohol in your drink and then it happened. Virat we finally did it. I have been wanting this since we dated 7 years ago. We were even about to get married but that stupid manvi came in-between." Maya yells. Virat looks at her in anger. His blood starts to boil and he without thinking twice slaps her with all the muscles his body had. The slap echoed for minutes in the room. Maya's cheek was red like a tomato. She looked at virat in shock.

"You selfish little bitch. Why did you do that? You know I don't drink anymore and I always avoided making out with you because I never loved you! Ever! Not even before I knew manvi!" he yells at her.

"Kya milla tumhe yeh sub ker ka? Tumhe kya laga by tricking me into doing this you would get me? Maya you are going back to jail alright and this time forever!" he yells and quickly wears his clothes and walks out. Maya runs after him. "If you dare to send me to jail manvi will get a MMS " Maya screams. Virat turns around with a confusing look. "Mujhe tum itna hi samjh pae aj tak? Tumhe kya laga mera tumhe use kerna or chor dena maqsad tha? Ji nahi. I had cameras all over the suite. They captured everything. Unless you want your wife and your entire family to see that tape you better not go to the police" she says. Virat looks at her with shock. He really wanted to kill her and burry her somewhere.

"Tum sa gira huwa insaan mena aj tak nahi dekha. Ek lerki ho ka bhi tum mein sharam or lehaz nahi ha. Tum sa ristha torna meri zindagi ki sub sa acha decision tha. Nahi jaonga police ka pass but I want you out of this suite by tomorrow. I am no longer helping you with anything nor do I want to see your bloody face every again. Good bye" He says and walks out.

Virat runs to his car and quickly sits inside. He starts bawling. He cries so much then he takes out his wallet and looks at a picture of manvi. "I am so sorry manvi" he says and continues crying.

Vadhera mansion:
virat walks in with teary eyes and heads towards his room. He quickly wipes off his tears and puts on a fake smile and opens his door. He finds manvi in her robe. She had makeup on and her hair was well made. He looked around the room and found scented candles and flower petals. "Manvi yeh sub? Aren't we going out?" he asks in a low tone. Manvi puts her finger on his lips. "Shh idhar ao" she says and makes him sit on the bed. "it's kind of late now so I thought we could just have a romantic evening at home." Virat guiltily looks around the room. "Where are the twins?" he asks. "In the nursery. Dii wahi ha. She will take care of them tonight not to worry" she says and makes virat lay down. Virat sits back up. "Manvi im not in the mood for this" he says and takes off his watch and stands up. He walks towards the dresser and places the watch on there. "Virat are you okay? Yeh toh meri line ha" she says and hugs him from the back. VIrat moves her hands away. "Im gonna go change and then sleep" he says in a dull voice and walks towards the bathroom. Virat looks at himself in the mirror and is disgusted at himself. He looks at his body and is ashamed of what he did. How did he let himself go so far? Alcohol or no Alcohol he was guilty. When virat walks out in his night suite and he finds manvi sitting in the middle of the bed. She had a two piece lingerie on and her robe was on the floor. "You still want to just sleep?" she asks with a mischievous smile. Virat would usually love a gesture like this form manvi but he was so guilty that he didn't even get attracted to her. "Manvi" he says and sits beside her. He holds her hands "I really just want to sleep. Please wear your robe" he says and lays down on his side of the bed. Manvi has a frown on her face. She quietly goes and wears her robe on top and ties it on her waist. She lies down on the bed and taps virats shoulder. "Are you okay?" she asks. Virat turns himself towards her and just pulls her closer. He hugs her. "Just hold me" he says and she hugs him tighter. She knew something was up but she knew virat wouldn't say anything. They both fell asleep in each other's arms.

In the morning virat woke up to his phone ringing but before he could pick it up manvi picked it up. "Kon ha?" he asks in his sleepy voice, his eyes still closed. "Maya?" she says. Virat opens his eyes and sits up right away. He snatches the phone from manvi and cuts the call. Manvi was just surprised on what happened. "Virat?" she asks for an explanation. "Manvi, remember when maya came here the day of the baby shower?" manvi nods. "She needed help from me to get her out of legal restrictions. At first I wasn't going to help her but she begged me so I did. She has no more issues now and hopefully will stop bothering me." he says and pulls his blanket on him and pretends to go back to sleep. "But why did you cut her call then?" she asks. Virat lifts his blanket and sits up again. "Because iska kaam khatam now why is she calling. She can just go die" he says and lays back down.

Manvi after a while brings the twins close to virat. "Wakey wakey sleepy head two little nuggets are waiting for you" she says. Virat looks at her and sees his two adorable babies. He sits back up and takes Mannat from manvis hand. "Meri rani" he says and kisses her forehead. "Virat im going to go shower. Can you just keep them both by your side. They should not cry I just fed them" manvi says and virat nods. He places mannat on the bed and takes variman in his arm. "Variman please mera jesa mat banna. Mein bilkul upne baap jesa nikla. Tum please" he says and starts crying. He kisses variman's forehead and lies down with him in his arms.

After a while virat gets up and pulls out his clothes from the cupboard. He looks around to find the old sonography pictures because whenever he is upset he looks at them and feels better. Virat searches for so long and does not find it. Manvi finally walks out of the bathroom and starts brushing her wet hair. "Manvi where are the old sonography pictures? Virat asks her. She looks at him with a guilty expression and walks towards him. She holds his hands. "Virat that day I heard you talking to Maa. We needed to move on..." She says. Virat looks at her confused. "SO?" he asks in anger as he had an idea what manvi was about to say. "I flushed the pictures in the toilet" she said and virat immediately left her hand. Manvi looks at her hands in shock. "Kya?" he yells. "YOU IDIOT!" he yells with all his voice and the babies wake up and start crying. Manvi was shook by his scream. "Listen virat! We really needed to move on" she says and holds his arm. Virat pushes her away. "Or tum na mujhe bagir batae woh pictures ko khatam kerdiya?" he yells. Manvi bites her lip. "Virat tum upset tha. Maa ko bol raha tha ka tum mujhe yeh sub bataein nahi bata sakte. Mujhe laga yehi tarika ha aga berhna ka." Virat looks at her with wide eyes and throws everything that was on the dresser. Perfume bottles and jewelry were smashed to the ground. Manvi covered her ears and the babies started crying more. Manvi ran towards the babies but virat stopped her from picking up the babies. "You kept our first pregnancy a secret from me then you killed our first baby and I never said a thing to you now you threw away the last piece of memory we had of her. Don't you get that this is our life not yours. They are our kids not yours!" He yells. Manvi was just stunned by his words. "Killed? Virat it was an accident!" she yells and tears fall from her eyes.

"Was flushing the sonography pictures down the drain an accident as well?" He yells. Jeevika and viren and vanshika antie barge in virmans room because of all the noise. "Kya huwa?" v.a screams as she looks at so much broken glass on the floor. Jeevika runs to the crying babies that were being ignored for so long and picks them up. Virat looks at his mom. "Apni know it all bahu sa poocho" he says and walks out of the room. Manvi sits on the floor and starts crying her eyes out. Viren runs after virat.

"Virat ruko! Esa kya hogaya?" viren asks him. Virat turns around. "Bhai please abhi nahi. Abhi I just hate that woman!" he yells. Viren was shocked. "That woman? Virat woh teri manvi ha!" he says. Virat just rolls his eyes. "I am tired of her secrets and her keeping stuff from me. She flushed the sonography pictures! She didn't even care to let me know before she did that. She was my daughter too!"virat yells and starts crying. "Wait from the first pregnancy? Virat it has been years since that happened don't you think you should move on now. Clearly manvi had the same attempt" viren says. Virat sighs. "We could have moved on together, done this together she just did it on her own and told me today when I asked her where the pictures were." He says. Viren pats virats back. "I know you virat. You are using this as a excuse to cover up something else you are upset about" viren says. Virat looks at him and is surprised how he guessed that. "ESI KOI BAAT NAHI HA" virat lies and runs outside the house.
