as you said i find it dam silly when they call her child .

she has always tried to make others special when they are around her.

her bonding with dabbu and badi beeji is the best eg . she tried to solve chachu's case because not that she interfered in his problems , she believed in him and his confidence and she has always tried to pull out the best out of any person she meets.

she tries to make the other person special who ever is around her.

and she is not someone who would leave things just like that when she finds things are not fine in someone's life...she cant breathe properly until she sees their problem being solved and them being fine...she treats their problem as her own problem...

I never looked at the scene from such an angle & now wen the sense dawned, I understand another simple, yet humane trait of manvi.. She never was a cliche'd bahu.. We all knew that.. But we never knew that she bears so much resemblance to people we meet daily in our life as we walk around the streets or roam about our house.

Hugging ur MIL to ease her off insecurities & make her feel that by getting her son married, she earned a daughter & not a bahu..IMO only Manvi the great can do that!

Being Simple & real, has its effects..! Manvi, Ur effects are not gonna wear off me soon!
