the three of them will be asking the doc. about her treatment and then they mute the part when doc is speaking..all of them want a clear status of her health..then the doc says again something which is muted...and then he says that it would be a big sacrifice from jeevika

's part and she breaks down in viren's arms! ( doc, is telling her to abort her baby i think so ...that's the only way she can save manvi...now she is in a fix and heart-broken to choose between two precious people in her life!) hope my reply helped! 😊
