I agree..Vivah was so different..I mean she was an orphaned small town girl..but in this case,I had expected Jeevika to think of Maanvi more than her marriage..I don't know..like what they showed in Ek vivah aisa bhi..that's what is called being the 'best' sister in the whole world but I don't want Jeevika to grow old like that but still I would want her to think of her sister first if she's like the great person everybody says she is..just my POV😊

this has been my MAJOR issue with jeevika's chsaracter uptill now!

i mean in the promos we saw all the "main tujhe kabhi nahi chhor ke jaungi" stuff. and we saw jeevika making the promise again in first episode - but then what? does all of this mean her promise was void, fake? cuz she hasn't much seemed to be MUCH heartbroken abt having to leave MANVI. i mean yeah she was sad in front of viren on leaving her family. but i was expecting to see a SPECIAL bond b/w the sisters. i expected to see more concern from jeevika's side for MANVI, more than just for her family.

till date, it's only beeji jeevika's tried pleasing. what abt the whole "meri behen mere liye kuch bhi kar sakti hai" doalogue, like u mentioned... ? abhi tak toh the ONLYYY "kuch bhi" type thing jeevika did was stopped beeji from scolding manvi further on night of the karva chauth. but that's really just it. infact, lol, she has spent more time on WARNINFG and SCOLDING manvi, and on PLEADING with manvi to NOT BREAK THE MARRIAGE, than she has spent on actually showing that IMMENSE LOVE she is supposed to have for manvi.

i mean yeah we saw a few moments, and some tears from her, but come on that's what ever sister does. 😕 i thought the story here was the jeevika and manvi see each other as ttheir world! but so far, that view is seemed to held by ONLY MANVI. who in all seems just can't sseeem to see anyone other than jeevika. she even said it so many times, how she doesn't care abt any1 but her sister. it wud've been good to see similar level of reaction from jeevika's end, not just the casual few sisterly "manno" type moments we saw. us mein kya unique hai?

does this mean, that like every other sister, jeevika is slightly sad abt having to leave manvi, but is still perfectly ok with it? becuz that's how it is looking now. and wht i expected to see was that jeevika wud be sooo sad soo resistant to leaving manvi! 😕

it seems CVs ka JeeVi ki relationship pe zyada zor hai. which is fine, but the theme is the unique bond of the sisters. the only thing i saw unique in this bond was MANVI'S love for jeevika - jeevika seems to be the center of manvi's world! but jeevika's world seems to be equally made up of beeji manvi and now viren. wht's so special abt their sisterly bond (from jeevika's end) then??????????

According to earlier promo's its supposed to be the other way!as in Jeevi's world should be arround Mannu's😕

@Sid4teamcanada-Well said!!😊😊 I think the everybody is blinded by Jeevi scenes all the time..you are right,I think only Maanvi is heartbroken but not Jeevika. Everybody has been worshipping her like she's so great and all..but I think she's just like any other girl in the world..nothing so special about her.

I had expected her to be like self sacrificing for maanvi..like say no to marriage before her mano get's settled or something..but I didn't see that..I think she's happy now..not even sad..her reaction was just what a normal girl feels like when she is getting married..she's a little sad about leaving her family but happy to step into a new life..I don't think Jeevika has done anything special till now..And hence,Maanvi is a more interesting character than Jeevika because she loves her sister beyond anything in the world and she can fight with the world for her only sister..but Jeevika nothing..😕😕
Also Jeevika is very fickle minded..she did blush infront of Manan in the initial episodes..and then she blushed infront of Viren too..I don't get it..I know she likes Viren now but then if she didn't want things to be serious with Manan,why did she blush..sucha confusing serial!

Remember that promo where Jeevika is crying at the ghaat and says 'Aaj mujhe ehsaas ho gaya ke tu mere bina nahin, mein tere bina nahin jee sakti' so it hasn't really hit her because all this time she has only been worried about Manvi living without her but never got the chance to think how she will live without Manvi.

That scene is coming next week so I'm sure that complaint will be removed too :)

I think JeeVi are the main concern for the Cv's right now just to take the show ahead for the new twist n turns,To take place,they are making the ways.
& If ppl are so concern about the sisterly love then how can they want to see more of VirMaan huh?! :OShouldn't they ask for balance epis/story b2in sisters n couples!

N Its Sad that this forum is already getting divided into 2groups.

But this not about how she should feel but how she should've felt if she loves maanvi so much in the first place..since she's her world should revolve around maanvi,this should have been her first thought..I don't know..may be you are right..😊
